Lexy sat cross legged at the main gate, feeling very upset. Never in her life in any game, she has played has she ever been killed by a slime! A slime who had less health than her was able to one shot her with a single attack. She rocked back and forth while holding her feet as she tried to access the situation. "All I did was step through the gates and was insta killed… To make matters worse, I had to spend ten minutes just for my health to regenerate and my stats to go back to normal! I mean, who the hell makes a game where when you respawn, you need to wait for a debuff to be removed before you can even do anything.

"No, no, this is all besides the point. How am I supposed to beat that damn slime!? City guards, can you not see the damn slime sitting at the front gate just waiting for me to come out and make me its dinner!?" A few feet in front of Lexy was a blue slime with cute little eyes on it bouncing up and down as it waited to mercilessly kill Lexy if she crossed the line outside of town.

"Neh, Neh… Cute little cat, come play with big brother. I will power level you." A young man in leather armor walked over with a big smile on his face. The look in his eye disgusted Lexy. But the young man's thought process was not too bad.

Lexy fell into thought. "Should I take this douchebag up on his offer? He is definitely scoping out my body. If I can sweet talk him a little bit…. No! What the fuck am I thinking!? I am a man! A man! In a woman's body! Why the hell would I sweet talk another man!? I feel sick... "

Her own words were making her sick to her stomach. What she did not realize was while she was lost in thought, her body movements were catching the eye of everyone, causing them to look in her direction. She was kicking her feet up into the air, pulling on her hair, and even punching the side of her head. All while making an elaborate display of different facial expressions. Even the young man who was trying to hit on her began to back away slowly.

It was on this day that Lexy was dubbed the Crazy Cat Girl of Grove Town, a nickname she would never come to know of until much later. After much contemplation, Lexy gritted her teeth and smiled as sweetly as she knew how and looked up towards the empty space in front of her and cursed. "The fuck did he go!?" Yes, after racking her brain and swallowing her own pride to take the young man up on his offer, he was nowhere to be found!

Lexy pursed her lips and pouted. She went back to looking at the stupid slime that was still waiting for her bouncing up and down almost as if mocking her. "Gah!" She once again began pulling at her hair. "Why is it that in the eighteen years of my life,  I finally get to live the dream, I get stuck being played with by a damn slime!?"

"This must be that damn g---"

*Crackle!*

"Eek!" Lexy jumped out of her skin and stood up, looking around. She turned to see some kind of bird perched on the top of a house nearby.

*Crackle!*

"You damn bird!" Lexy picked up a rock and tossed it at the bird, causing it to fly away. Her chest was heaving up and down in anger.  "Scaring the shit out of me!"

Taking a deep breath to calm her nerves, Lexy turned her attention to the stupid slime that was patiently waiting for her. "If I need to direct my anger at something, it should be at this stupid slime!"

Readying her whip and trying to find her composure, Lexy walked to the edge of the town where only two steps away, the slime was waiting. "This time, I will be victorious!"

Letting out a war cry, Lexy raised her whip and jumped forward, lashing out over and over as fast as she could. The whip hit air five times in a row until finally clipping the side of the slime as Lexy landed on her feet. She saw the little slime beginning to disintegrate as it turned into little cubes of light and felt very proud of herself. She even got some experience as well. A whole five points! But she failed to remember one important thing as she jerked her whip back.

*Slap!*

"Damn it!" Lexy found herself back at the respawn point. She was so caught up in being proud of her first kill that she had forgotten that whips snap back, and if you do not react quick enough, it will hit you. And with her high attack power and the low health and defense she had, her health bar didn't stand a chance. Neither did that juicy experience she just got from the slime. "Well, at least I killed the slime. "

Since she was stuck in a coma and was stuck in this game anyway, she would not give up so easily. She was determined to level up and fix her stats! With a new light of determination in her eyes, Lexy got up and walked back towards the gate. But who would have thought that her arch nemesis would be waiting for her once again?

"You damn slime!" Lexy yelled out as she charged forward once again. This time, however, she got lucky and was able to successfully dispatch the slime at the gate. Once she saw her experience bar going up once more, Lexy suddenly became very confident in herself. She marched out into the grassy area surrounded by trees, looking for her next target. Or she at least thought it was her looking for her target. "Wait, hold on! Why are there so many of you!?"

Lexy was met with five slimes that appeared out of nowhere. " I'm sorry, I didn't mean to kill your family members!"

She had no choice but to turn tail and runway!
