"Oh? What kind of event?" Lexy became excited. Any time there was an event in a game that meant exclusive items or some kind of token saying you were in the top.

"I'm not sure... It was a surprise event. They should be announcing it soon. So I would get to the town center quickly." The guard answered.

"Okay, thank you!" Lexy smiled and waved goodbye. This caused the guard's cheeks to blush. Of course, Lexy would not know this since she never paid attention to any of the men around her. She could feel their eyes on her, which made her frown, but she still ignored them because there was really nothing she could do except beat them up. She quickly arrived at the town center and spotted a familiar face standing in the crowd. "Olivia!"

"Oh! Lexy, your back!" Olivia smiled and waved.

Lexy ran over to her and immediately entered trade. "Here. As promised."

Olivia looked at the gear and at all the stats. This caused a silly grin to form on her lips. Without even thinking, she hugged Lexy happily. "Thank you, Lexy!"

Lexy hugged Olivia back, wishing that Olivia did not have plate armor on right now so she could feel Olivia's mounds pressed up against her. But sadly… "Well, I would rather it go to you than have it sold off to someone else. As my first friend in this game and as someone who has helped me a lot I will do what I can to help you out!"

"Hehe! Don't worry, I will quickly level up and wear it well! By the way, are you going to take part in the event? I heard they are splitting levels from level 0 to 9, 10 to 19, and so on. They say the top three of each level range will get a special item for their class." Olivia explained. She was also going to take part in the event even if she was on the low end of the spectrum.

"Yep! I figure with my new weapon and Nana. I will be able to try for the top three." Lexy was not sure if it would go well, but she would at least give it a try. If she can get in the top three, that would mean she would get one of the special items.

"Alright, but be careful. I heard there are five powerhouses that have appeared in your level range: two swordsmen, an archer, a mage, and a shielder. Especially watch out for that shielder… I heard she has some insane defense. I think her name was Staple or something like that. She created a skill that makes her almost invincible. So if you see a young girl with black armor and a huge shield, run away!" Olivia warned. She had always checked in on all the top listing players for each level range in case she could scout them into her guild, but sadly most went to the bigger named guilds or liked playing solo.

"Don't worry. I have two skills that have no mana consumption I can use for escape if need be." She was talking about her queen's subjugation and summon demon skills. On her way back to grove town, she had asked Nana about them, and she explained that title based skills are different from normal skills as they do not use up any mana whatsoever.  Although they will normally have a longer cool down than other skills. Queen's subjugation and summon demon both had long cool downs, with queen's subjugation at two minutes and summon demon at thirty minutes.

"Okay, just be careful." Olivia reached up and scratched Lexy's ears. Her eyes seemed to squint as her cheeks flushed. It seemed she was really enjoying the softness of Lexy's hair and ears. As it was a comforting sensation for Lexy, she just let Olivia do as she pleased.

"Good morning, everyone!" A strange rabbit like creature suddenly appeared in mid air. It was wearing a shirt with pineapples on it and a pair of blue shorts. It had two white fluffy ears that flooded down to its side, and for its hands and feet, they looked sorta like what you would see on a stuffed animal like a teddy bear.

"Today, we will be putting on the first ever event New World Online has ever held. Although this event is not made for everyone, I do hope you will try it out. If not, you can at least sit back and watch the show. The event is a player versus player battle royal set in a dense, lush forest. Each group level will go in and battle it out. Those who are killed will be sent out, and it will mean game over. For those who survive, the number of kills you get throughout the match will determine your ranking at the end. The top three players for each group will get a special prize based on your class.

"Now I know most of you are raring to go, so I will send the invite message now. Hit yes if you wish to join and no if you do not. If you do not choose by the time I count to ten, you will be automatically added into the event. Countdown starts now! 10…. 1 Go!"

"What!?  What about the rest of the numbers!?"

Now one even had a chance to even think before they were all whisked away. All players of the game were sent into their battle zones at random positions. "Er… Is it just me, or are these developers a bit crazy? Who just forcefully teleports people without even giving them a chance to decide if they want to go or not! I am nothing but a crafter, I do not even have good gear!"

A young man complained. Lexy, who had just spawned on the other side of the bush next to the young man, smiled brightly. 'No gear? Just a crafter?' "Hehehehe… Muwahahahaha" An evil laugh escaped her lips.

"Who's there!?" the young man yelled out as he drew his sword.

"Just you every day, friendly demon queen! Now taste my Double Spank!" Lexy yelled out as she lashed out two times at the young man. Both attacks hit, but it actually only took one attack to kill the young man!
