As Lexy and Staple took two steps back, the pointed hat girl looked up at them with teary eyes. "Why are you leaving!? Just because I couldn't cast a spell? Is this why everyone abandons me!?" The pointed hat girl sniffed as she sat down and pulled her knees up to her chin, burying her face into them. All you could hear was sobbing sounds afterwards.

"Why do I suddenly feel horrible?" Lexy's ears twitched as she went to walk forward before feeling a tug on her arm. "Staple?"

"It may be a trap..." Staple was not sure if the pointed hat girl was faking it or not and did not want Lexy to rush in and get killed for no reason.

Lexy scratched her head and looked at the pointed hat girl. She may seem a  bit weird, but she was kind of cute and as a ma…. Cat girl, she could not just leave her alone… "Ummm… Excuse me..."

"What!? Are you going to make fun of me for biting my tongue for the tenth time since the event started, or how everyone just runs away for some strange reason when I start chanting? I can only cast the basic fireball! If it wasn't for the fact that this game locks you to your character through your biodata, I wouldn't even be a mage! Mages are too hard! You have no idea how many times I have been killed. I have only finally reached level ten, and now even the most well known players in Grove Town are not willing to even look at me. I might as well quit this game. I once tried to ask to join someone's guild before, but they looked at me and laughed, saying crazy chunibyo girls are unwelcome and that I was probably a man in real life.

" I am a one hundred percent female, you know! I have boobs, not much, but I have them!  And I know I do not have that dangly thing those guys have, well, at least I think so. I have never seen one, so I can not compare... Why is it so hard to make friends? No one in college wants to be my friend, no one in game wants to be my friend... " The pointed hat girl went on and on about this and that and all the woos of her life. Lexy's heart was getting heavier and heavier. She felt like if she didn't do something for this girl that maybe she would end up severely depressed, and if that happened and she got no help… Lexy didn't even want to think of the outcome.

"Umm, if it is friendship and a guild you want to join, I can be your friend and your guildmate if you want..." Lexy offered she still stayed a little ways from the pointed hat girl, just in case it was a trick.  But when she saw the snot nosed girl raise her head and tears dripping from her eyes, Lexy sighed and finally caved in. Even Staple began walking forward with Lexy.

"Are you lying to me?" The pointed hatted girl asked. "You're not going to say 'oh just kidding' once I start getting all excited, right? You wont try to bully me after, will you?" The pointed hat girl seemed to trust no one.

Lexy sheathed her whip and walked right over to the rock the girl was on and jumped up onto it. She then wrapped her arms around the girl giving her a hug. She didn't know why she was suddenly hugging this strange girl, but she felt the girl really needed a hug more than anything. "Life is not always fair. Sometimes you will have bad days, and sometimes you will have good days. It is best to try to look past the bad times and push forward."

Lexy knew her, hugging this girl and her words, if done and said using her real body, she would be immediately arrested for assault, but luckily this was in game. The girl seemed to have frozen in shock by the sudden hug, while Staple, who was next to Lexy, smiled at the scene. "Lexy, you are very kind."

After realizing what was happening, the girl suddenly burst into tears and latched on to Lexy, burying her face into Lexy's breasts. "You are so kiiiiiiiind! Whaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!! Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!! KUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!! Pheeboo!!!!!" There were also some strange sounds mixed in.

"Ahh! Don't wipe your snot on me! So disgusting!" Lexy was now trying to peel the pointed hat girl off her as she was hugging her to the point she felt her bones were going to break while wiping her snotty nose on her breasts!

"Pfft!" Staple began laughing, seeing Lexy trying to peel the pointed hat girl off her while the other was holding on for dear life. Lexy literally had one foot stepping on the pointed hat girl's face as she did her best to detach herself from the girl's grip. "It seems you made another friend.  But if you keep this up, you won't get into the top three like you wanted."

"I know, but… Hey, get the hell off me!" Lexy finally got mad and kicked the pointed hat girl away. She then shot herself a few times with water shot to clean the snot off her. "Ew… Go blow your nose!" Lexy pouted as she tried to wipe herself clean.

"Anyway, yeah, we need to get moving. But first, I guess introductions are in order. My name is Lexy, and this here is Staple."

"Sniff…. Snort…. Cough… Hah…" The pointed hat girl looked up at Lexy and lowered her head slightly as she said: "My name is Megalim. Are you really willing to befriend me?"

"Yep, I will also send you a guild invite," Lexy answered with a smile. Although Megalim was strange, she seemed like a nice girl. This made Lexy realize that she may just be the only normal one in her guild. She had no idea that she was probably the strangest one out of them all.

With the new recruit, the World Domination Guild was now ready to make some plans. They moved to a safer location to make some plans. "Staple as long as you can keep the targets on you I should be able to move in close enough to attack them with my whip. Megalim will be in the back casting spells. Just… try not to bite your tongue too much..."

"I will try nump! Ouch! My tongue..."
