“Oh! The experience points were not bad!” Lexy’s mood went from gloomy to fluffy clouds. She had really not expected to get almost one thousand experience from these two kills. “Limlim!”

“Yes!?” Megalim, for some strange reason, stood at attention and saluted Lexy.

And, of course, Lexy fell right into character upon seeing Megalim’s actions. With her back straight and her chin held high, she holstered her sword whip and put her hands behind her back as she started to pace back and forth. “From this point on, we will rid this dungeon of every bandit we see. We will ruthlessly cut them down, turning them into cubes of light to respawn another day. We will make use of their cries for mercy as a means to raise our levels to a new degree. Limlim, are you with me on this!?”

“Sir, yes, Sir!” Megalim shouted out as if she was in the military. She looked at Lexy, and Lexy looked at her. Before they could keep their composure, Megalim cracked. “Pfft! What is this!”

“Nyahahaha~!” Lexy held her stomach. She truly found it amusing. “Aahaha… Ah... That was funny. Limlim, you are so perfect for me.” 

Lexy’s words made Megalim blush and feel very happy. She truly loved her sexy little kitty. “So, from here, I was thinking of climbing up these platforms. I  am sure there must be something hiding up there.” Lexy felt that if she didn’t at least check out the top of these random platforms, she would regret it.

“I was thinking the same thing. But we should be careful just in case there is a monster waiting for us at the top.” Megalim also felt it would be a good idea to check these hidden places out even if she did not like heights, she still had to check for loot.

With the two in agreement, they quickly made their way to the platform closest to them to start their search for treasures. Of course, some random bandit came out of nowhere screaming: die! But this was just more free experience. At this stage of the game, Lexy could be considered broken. Her damage output could easily one shot a level fifty, and if you add in her absurd amount of defense, she was basically a walking cheat. 

Lexy looked up at the towering platform and the many boxes she would need to jump up onto and climb up in order to get there and took in a deep breath before letting it out slowly. “Here we go!” 

Lexy hoisted herself up on the first box. Each box was two Lexy high, so she had no choice but to jump up and dangle for a few seconds before pulling herself up. Megalim had a nice view of Lexy’s behind, so she was smiling away, watching Lexy’s tail sway back and forth. When Lexy was on the box, she turned around and reached down to help Megalim up. This was how they were going to have to climb the boxes that lined up in such a way. When they got to one section, it suddenly turned into a platformer game.

“Lexy, I do not think I can jump this…” Megalim looked at the gap and then at how high they were up and shivered. She could feel herself becoming dizzy. 

“Hmm.. I will go first and see how easy it is for me to clear the gap. If I can clear it easily, I will come back and get you.” Lexy did not wish to leave Megalim here. So her only other option was to carry Megalim on her back and jump over with her if she had the ability to. This was no easy feat either. She lacked strength but had speed. She knew she could easily carry Megalim while running, and she had even carried Megalim on her back while climbing a cliff, So she figured jumping across something might work. The worst case scenario would be the two of them falling to the bottom floor, which for Lexy, hitting the ground would not! Damage her, so she was very sure she could protect Megalim from any fall damage.

“I don’t know…” Megalim was still unsure. She really did not like this at all.

“All we can do is try,” Lexy said with a smile. She then pecked Megalim on the cheek before going to the far side of the crate. She took a deep breath and sprinted towards the gap she had to jump over. With each step, she got closer and closer and closer… “Wha!? Nyaaa! I forgot to jump!”

“Ahh! Lexy!” Megalim rushed to the edge to see Lexy face first, butt in the air on the ground below. Megalim was unsure of what to make of this situation. “Ummm… Lexy, are you okay?”

Lexy did not wish to respond, her entire face was bright red. She had never felt so humiliated in her entire life. She ran out, and for some reason, her mind blanked when she reached the edge and kept running forward without stopping or even launching herself off the box. After a few seconds, Lexy’s tail finally twitched, and Lexy rolled over onto her back. “Limlim, forget this ever happened, okay?”

“Umm… Sure… but Lexy, are you okay? You fell on your head…” Megalim was still concerned. She did not know if Lexy ended up with some brain damage or something.

Lexy sat up and rubbed her nose.  “I’m fine. I have like hundreds of times more defense than Staple. Falling from any height won’t kill me or make me take damage.”

“That’s good… But what do we do now? Should I come down?” Megalim asked. She did not like being up so high by herself.

“No, wait there, I will come up. I still want to try this again. I just have to remember to jump…” Lexy blushed as she stood up and began her climb back up the boxes. She kept reminding herself that she needed to jump no matter what!

5 minutes later…

“Nyaaaaa! I did it again!”
