Stacey did not say a word. She had tears rolling down her cheeks. She was happy and sad at the same time. She was happy because Kane was finally taking a step towards his dream and sad because the song really hit a note with her. The feelings Kane poured into his music were expressed so well that she almost broke down bawling halfway through the song. But she held it in and pushed through in order to not ruin Kane’s first video.

Kane finally calmed himself down. He looked at the laptop and felt like even if he were to sing this song again. It will never beat his performance just now. “What did you thi—oof!”

Stacey pounced on Kane and locked her lips to his while hooking her arms around his neck. Her tongue swirled around inside his mouth. She did not even know what came over her, but she really wanted a deep kiss with this man of hers. 

As their lips parted, a thin line of saliva stretched out before breaking as Stacey gazed into Kane’s eyes. “Congratulations.”

Kane smiled and rubbed Stacey’s head, making her purr like a kitten. “Thanks. But make sure you delete what you just did.” 

“Ah!” Stacey forgot the camera was still rolling! She quickly went over and stopped the recording. 

Once she was done, she fell back into Kane’s embrace and curled up into his lap. She hugged his waist and put her head on his chest. She did not say a word. She just listened to his heartbeat. 

While the two were having a moment together, Kane’s grandmother dragged Stacey’s mother to the hospital. “Mrs. Woods, I really.. *Cough*!”

“Say that when you stop coughing.” Kane’s grandmother was very stubborn when she was out on a mission. She had promised to deal with this and get back to Stacey and Kane on the results. Even if Stacey’s mother did not want the results to be told, she would still tell Kane what had happened and leave it to him on what he told Stacey. 

“Mrs. Norland!” A nurse called out. Kane’s grandmother stood up and helped Stacey’s mother to her feet. The two walked over and followed the nurse to go see the doctor.

Back at Kane’s house, Stacey was sitting in Kane’s lap, staring into his eyes. She was now basically straddling him with her legs wrapped around his waist. “Should I give you a reward?”

“Didn’t you just kiss me?” Kane asked with a chuckle. Stacey pursed her lips as she wiggled her butt on the thing that was already poking her underside. Kane was raring to go, but he knew now was not the time. He leaned forward and whispered in Stacey’s ear. “We will wait until later. My grandfather is still up.”

“Ah!” Stacey blushed. She had forgotten it was still the middle of the day! She thought for a moment before whispering back. “Then tonight, I will give you a big surprise.”

Kane raised an eyebrow and saw the mischievous grin on Stacey’s face and knew she was up to something.  He leaned in and kissed her nose before saying: “Let’s get this video edited and uploaded.”

“Okay!” Stacey smiled and stood up. She then turned around and say back down in Kane’s lap. She leaned back against him and whispered: “You can use my bottom if you want.” After saying that, she gave him a wink while smiling.

Kane choked. He looked at the teasing grin on Stacey’s face and reached around, and grabbed the two mounds on her chest. This caused Stacey to let out a surprised yelp. “Ah!”

Stacey’s cheeks turned red. She was so used to being the one to tease others that she had never expected to be teased as well! She looked at the hands that were massaging her breasts and pouted her lips. She reached up and slapped his hands away, causing the man behind her to chuckle. “Save it for later.”

Kane smiled and nodded. “Don’t worry, I will be sure to treat you really well later on.”

Stacey could feel her face heating up. If he kept talking like that, she might just die of embarrassment. But. Even though she was acting all shy, she was actually looking forward to it.

The two spent the rest of the day learning how to use the video editing software that they had found that was free. After a bit of a learning curve, they were able to start getting things put together. Kane was basically useless for this, so he could only watch as Stacey moved her fingers and did all the work.

Before it was finished, Kane’s grandmother returned home. Her expression was not good. “Kane, can you come here for a moment?” 

Kane wrinkled his brow. He understood that if she was just calling him, then it might not be good news. “Stacey, stay here and finish up. I will go see what is up.”

“Okay…” Stacey’s voice was low. She was starting to feel nervous.

Kane sighed and leaned down, and kissed the top of her head. “No matter what happens. You will always have me by your side. I will not leave you alone.”

“Mmm…” Stacey’s eyes began to water up. She nodded her head and forced a smile before returning to the video editing.

Kane walked out to the kitchen, where his grandmother was getting a drink of water. Her expression was not good at all. “Kane….” She began in a low voice. “You need to prepare Stacey for the worse. She has stage 4 cancer that has been going on for a while. It has already spread to many of her organs. For her to already live this long was already a miracle. She has maybe three to five more months.”
