I looked at the frozen looks on my parent’s faces and almost burst out laughing. “Mom, you should have seen it coming. After all, in all the years I was alive in my past life, I never found a single man attractive. And if I did and I ended up pregnant, I would have been tossed to the side instantly. Plus, Jen and I have always been very close since we were young. Jen has also loved me for a long time now, and I love her.”

My mother let out a sigh as if she were coming to terms with things. “As long as you are happy. We also like Jen a lot and think of her as our own as well. So it’s fine. Right, honey?”

My mother elbowed my father, who snapped out of his daze. He coughed awkwardly and nodded his head. Seeing that they were not going to question me too much about it, I felt slightly relieved. I took out a coil of rope from my inventory and decided it was time to go get Jen’s parents.

“Ummm…. Ai, what is the rope for?” My mother asked with a worried look on her face.

“This? I am going to go hogtie Jen’s parents and bring them back. Ask Jen if you need anything.” I replied and went to go press the button to my next destination when my mother suddenly grabbed my shoulder.

    “What do you mean hog tie them!? You can’t just go hogtying people out of nowhere!” I got scolded.

“It’s fine. Jen asked me to do it. Plus, those two might need to be put in the cage I set up if they cause too much of a fuss.” I explained lightly.

“Wait! Cage!?” My mother held her head and then looked at me sternly. “Ai, by chance, were you planning to stick us in said cage as well!?” 

I quickly looked away, not daring to look her in the eye. I mean, I did have that intention. But they were quick to believe my words, so I did not need to use it! “Ouch! Mom, my ear!”

“Ai Inoue! Tell me now, did you plan to stuff your father and I in a cage!?” I could only purse my lips and nod my head.

“If you did not believe me, what was I supposed to do? Think about it. If you were not so trusting and thought I was just making up a bunch of lies or had gone crazy, would you follow me here? Just to save both of your lives, I was willing to put down my familial feelings, hogtie you, and stuff you in a cage. But don’t worry, the cage has a bed and a full bathroom.”  I replied honestly.

“Just go….” Ah… Seems she had enough. 

Well, anyways, it was time to go hogtie people. I quickly pressed the button to create a portal, and disappeared. Seconds later, I was standing on top of a rooftop of an office building. I had set this point to make it easier to get in. 

I walked to the door leading to the staircase and picked the lock before heading downstairs. Jen’s parents, according to the drone, were on the second-highest floor in a meeting. I kind of felt excited since this would be very interesting. 

I walked downstairs and entered the floor where the meeting was being held. Office people who were going about their daily routines looked at me strangely but did not stop me. I guess they probably thought I was the daughter of one of the executives. 

When I reached the double doors to the meeting room they were closed tightly. I looked at them and rubbed my chin trying to decide how I wanted to make an entrance. After about a minute, I finally nodded, lifted my leg, and kicked the door using about ten percent of my strength.

*Boom!*

The door fell off its hinges and landed hard on the floor as I walked in with a big smile on my face. I looked around and quickly found Jen’s parents who were both sitting at the table to the side. “Ah, Mr. And Mrs. Hamilton. I found you!” 

“Huh, Ai!?” Jen’s father looked at me with a very confused expression.

I only smiled, took the rope from my side, and walked towards them. The whole room was completely silent. I guess they were still trying to comprehend what was going on. After all, I suddenly appeared out of nowhere and busted into their meeting.

“Ai! What are you doing with that rope!?” Jen’s mother asked. I felt a little disappointed. I would think the first thing they would ask me, besides what was in my hand, would be to find out the whereabouts of their daughter. But sadly. 

    “Don’t worry, I will be gentle.” I tapped my foot off the carpeted floor and shot forward. I spun the rope in my hand and twirled it around Jen’s mother’s legs and hands before quickly picking her up off the ground and pulling her hands and feet together behind her back while tying a knot. 

“Ai, what are you doing to my wife!?” Jen’s father looked quite pissed off. The others in the room also all moved away. It seemed they were scared of my actions just now.

Finally, the man sitting at the head of the table reacted and stood up while pointing at me. “Who are you!? How dare you cause a scene in my company! Someone call the police!”
