“Curiosity huh? You know ‘Curiosity’ killed the demon cat, right?” The dark blue haired girl felt something from the girl in front of her. She felt that if they fought that, she might just have a decent fight. One thing she loved was fighting the strong.

“Mmm… But I am sadly not a cat.” Yuki shook her head and sighed as if she really wanted to be a cat. Well, she was a fox, which was much better than any cat. 

“I see…. I guess that is true. But that still does not tell me why you were chasing after me. Did you wish to fight?” The dark blue haired girl asked.

“Fight? N….” Yuki saw a flash of light behind the dark blue haired girl and suddenly rushed forward. 

The dark blue haired girl was shocked when she saw that the girl in front of her disappeared, but a grin started to form on her lips as her eyes became excited but before she could even react she felt something was off as if she was in danger. The next thing she knew was that the girl had picked her up and leaped towards the trees.

*Boom!*

The spot where the dark blue haired girl was standing suddenly exploded, leaving a small crater a few feet deep. Yuki and the dark blue haired girl tumbled through the bushes before finally skidding to a stop. Yuki quickly stood up and drew her sword before looking down at the dark blue haired girl. “Are you okay? I have to apologize. I think I might have gotten you dragged into my problems. It’s best if you leave.”

“Do you think I will let her?” An old voice boomed through the air.

Yuki looked up and frowned when she saw who it was. She pointed her sword at the old man and yelled: “Old Bastard, you actually attacked innocent people!?”

“Anyone related to you must die!” The old man answered back coldly. His eyes were filled with murderous intent. He wanted to tear Yuki apart! 

“But I don’t know her! We just met!” Yuki replied honestly. “So let her go.”

“Oh? Alright, but the other two will die instead.” The old man, who was none other than the Roaring Thunder Sect’s sect master, turned and looked at Nana and Silvia, who had just reached the clearing.

Yuki’s expression changed. Her eyes turned cold. Her aura itself became covered in blood. “You dare threaten my loved ones? Old bastard, do you really think you will live if you touch a single hair on my Nana or Silvia!?”

The dark blue haired girl was shocked by Yuki’s sudden change in aura. But she also became even more excited. She wanted to fight this girl! How great of a fight would it be!?

“Haha! Like You can do anything to me!? Do you really think a little astral realm cultivator can do a thing to me!? I will kill all of you here and now. Let’s see who will stop me!?” The Roaring Thunder Sect’s sect master had a crazed look in his eyes. He wanted to kill these girls and quickly leave. He knew if he let them live and continue to grow stronger, they would be a major threat to him in the future!

“Hehe…” Yuki’s body relaxed. She felt like she could easily float on the wind. But at the same time, her spiritual qi suddenly burst out of her. “I want to see you try!”

Yuki suddenly disappeared. She quickly arrived in front of the Roaring Thunder Sect’s sect master and stabbed out with her sword. The Roaring Thunder Sect’s sect master was not expecting Yuki to suddenly attack and was startled for a few seconds before he finally reacted. “A frog in a well! You dare to attack me!?”

With a wave of his hand, his sword slashed out and collided with Yuki’s sword. Yuki could only grit her teeth as she took the attack head on. She had wanted to try to go for an insta kill, but she forgot that the old man’s cultivation was much stronger than her own. Yuki felt the Roaring Thunder Sect’s sect master’s qi smash into her, and without any way of stopping it, she was sent flying through the air like a kite on a windy day.

“Yuki!” Nana and Silvia both cried out as they saw Yuki being sent flying. They both shot toward the Roaring Thunder Sect’s sect master to try to stop him from doing a follow up attack.

The Roaring Thunder Sect’s sect master snorted and waved his hand, sending out a wave of spiritual qi that knocked both girls back. Silvia really wished she was more in her element, but she did not wish for the old bastard to touch her Yuki!

“Got ya.” The dark blue haired girl said as she caught Yuki mid air. “You can call us even now.”

“Thanks. But you should run.” Yuki gave the dark blue a grateful look, but she did not wish to involve the girl in her own matters.

“I will just watch from the side. That old man won’t dare to kill me if he wants to live.” The dark blue haired girl replied with a slight smile.

Yuki could only sigh and nod her head as she said: “Well…. Thanks again. Be careful.”
