Legend Of Yuki: The Wrath Of The Tailed Asura
Shattering Cores Part 1
“You are quite lucky that you are in these pools filled with spiritual qi. It will help reduce the strain on your body when shattering your core.” Delia started. “Shattering a core is something one would normally do, with the current cultivation system, when trying to reach the next realm.
“To break it and then reform it means you will be losing a lot of spiritual qi in the process and have a risk of having your actual cultivation fall back to fate star if you are not careful. Or worse, you could cripple yourself for life. So, do not lose focus while shattering your cores. Deal with the pain that comes and push through. Because as soon as the core shatters, we will need to liquefy it and begin creating your false primordial cores.
“Everything has to be done in one go. Luckily, you will not need to undergo a tribulation again since you have already undergone it. While this is dangerous, I will be doing everything I can to help. And since both of you are doing it at the same time, I will first have Yuki get an understanding of what to look for so she can help me. This way, the percentage of success will rise to seventy percent.” Delia wanted to help and make Yuki see her good sides. She did plan to tell Yuki who she was, but she was unsure if Yuki would accept her once she knew. While this was something she really did not wish to go through, she knew it. She had to be honest with her little wifey.
“Delia, thank you.” Yuki smiled at Delia. She felt very comfortable with Delia. Why this was, she did not know, but it gave her a sense of familiarity. She just could not put a finger on who Delia reminded her of.
“Yuki, I am willing to do anything for you, even if it means destroying the mortal realm.” Delia’s smile bloomed as she looked at Yuki warmly. She had finally gotten to meet her wifey. She got to kiss her wifey. She almost got to do that with her wifey. But most importantly, her wifey did not reject her. She was willing to do anything for her wife, no matter what it was, as long as she could be by her side.
Nana and Silvia looked at one another and smiled. They could both tell that Delia was deeply in love with Yuki. The look in her eye was one they knew well because they, too, looked at Yuki in such a way. And with Yuki’s reaction, they knew that Delia was definitely their new sister.
“You do not need to destroy anything,” Yuki replied, chuckling softly. “So what do I need to do?”
“You need to circulate your qi like this.” Delia began showing Yuki the proper method of helping form a false primordial core.

Outside the barrier to the myriad pools, smoke billowed up into the air. The arena and its surrounding buildings were in shambles. “Those of the Dragon Sect should all die!”
“Lin Yi! You dare attack us on a different continent!?” Elder Yi yelled out as he stood in the sky.
“Old bastard, you are still alive!?” An old man with a white beard appeared in front of him. “Heh, I am glad you are because I came here to settle things once and for all. One hundred years ago, you dared to kill my brother! So, one hundred years later, I will kill you and your disciples!”
“You waited one hundred years to gain revenge!? With such low cultivation!?” Elder Li couldn’t understand it. This old man before him was out for revenge but waited so long to do it. He had been outside the sect many times, so he did not understand why he was showing up now.
“Low cultivation? Hehe… I think you have gone senile in your old age. My cultivation is not low at all!” A loud boom was heard as a mass of spiritual qi burst out of the old man’s body. “See!? Hahaha! You thought I was weak, right!? I did that so I could bypass your arrays!”
Elder Li’s expression was not good. From what he could tell, the old man’s cultivation was close to his own. He did not know if he could win this fight. He was about to say something when a loud yawn came from behind him.
“Who the hell is making all the noise? I keep hearing someone farting from their mouth as loud as they can. Did someone eat something bad?” Elder Nishikawa floated over with her eyes half closed. It was obvious she had been sleeping all this time.
“Elder Nishikawa, I need you to go to the barrier around the pools and protect it.” Elder Li did not wish to get anyone unrelated involved.
“Hmmm?” Elder Nishikawa squinted as she yawned once more and looked at the old man, who seemed to have turned pale white. “Haven’t I seen you someplace before?”
“Me? Hehe! No!” The old man quickly shook his head, not daring to look Elder Nishikawa in the eye.
“No, I am sure I have. You are…. You are…..” Elder Nishikawa was having trouble trying to remember who this old man was. But she knew she knew him from somewhere.
“Ah! Look at the time. I need to head back to the Holy Land. Elder Li, my dearest friend, I will speak with you later. Bye!” The old man turned and wanted to fly away when a delicate small hand grabbed his shoulder and held him in place.
“Now I remember. You are the bastard who tried to peep on me ten years ago when I was bathing in a hot spring!”
