Inside Fatty’s immortal Cave, Yuki, Nana, Silvia, Maiko, Ami, Ai, and Fatty himself all sat in a circle. “Congratulations on getting all top three spots.” 

“Thanks. However, it was more of a hassle than it should have been. How have you all been?” Yuki asked as she looked at her friends she had not spoken to in a while.

“Yuki, you are so unfair. Your cultivation is not something we normal people can keep up with.” Ai complained. She had been trying to catch up to Yuki, but she was unable to keep up with the speed at which Yuki and Nana cultivated. They jumped two realms before she could even reach the astral star realm.

“Yeah, it really makes me wonder where my talent went.” Ami sighed. 

“We are just lucky, is all. We have been getting many lucky encounters.” Yuki could not say that she had been having sex to cultivate. With these friends of hers, she felt slightly embarrassed.

“Lucky is not even the word. More like godly. You are what in the universal core realm now, right?” Fatty asked. He was very curious.

“Yeah. All three of us broke through while we were in the myriad pools. The spiritual qi there is very dense, and we all risked jumping into one of the most saturated pools. If not for our willpower, we would have ended up crippled.” Nana explained. This was a story they had come up with beforehand.

“If I was only a bit stronger….” Ai sighed.

“Yes, we are now dao partners,” Ami admitted. Ai tried to hide her face due to embarrassment.

“I am glad to hear that. You two got along really well. I was hoping that you would become a couple.” Yuki was happy that her friends were finding their life partners. Her gaze fell on Fatty, who seemed to have lost quite a bit of weight. But what surprised her more was his cultivation. “And Fatty, you are already at the fifth astral star!?”

“Hehe… did you think I was just sitting around?” Fatty asked with a wide grin, but Maiko suddenly blushed from ear to ear. It was then that Yuki realized Maiko was not far behind him at the third astral star. She did not need to be a rocket scientist to understand that Fatty and Maiko were dual cultivating. Dual cultivation techniques for men and women were normal, but one for two females was not easy to find. But the mystery of Fatty losing weight was solved easily since the poor man was probably working hard.

“Yeah, those two are just as freaky!” Ai pouted even more.

Yuki wished she could give Ai and Ami her dual cultivation technique, but it was not hers to give. She would need to speak to her Master and ask if she could share it with them. “By the way, Yuki…..” Ami looked at the stranger in the room who was sitting behind Yuki, hugging her from behind. “Who is this?”

“Hmmm? Oh right! Delia, say hi.” Yuki had forgotten Delia was even here. Delia gave her such a comforting feeling that she had forgotten that Delia was even hugging her.

“Hello! As Yuki said, my name is Delia, and I will also be her future wifey!” Delia stated proudly, causing everyone to turn to Yuki, who shrugged. She neither confirmed nor denied it.

“Yuki is a playboy,” Ai mumbled loud enough for everyone to hear. And to Yuki’s dismay, this was agreed upon by everyone in the room, including Delia. 

“First it was Silvia, now it’s this newcomer. Yuki, do cute girls just flock to you?” Fatty asked. The way he spoke was in a teasing manner. 

“It’s not like I go hunting them down! They find me!” Yuki pursed her lips. She was not actively finding new wives! They just appear in front of her!

“Sure, sure. I am sure you have run through the forest chasing after a girl before.” Fatty replied with a laugh. It was just that his joke was strikingly very accurate! Yuki let out a dry laugh, not daring to mention Selene. “Well, since we are all here, let’s have a drink, shall we? I have some nice bottle of Spirit Wine!”

“Crack her open!” Nana cried out. It seemed she liked wine a lot.

“Haha!” Maiko let out a laugh. She missed the days when they all got together like this. It was not just her, but all of them did. They had all been working hard trying to grow stronger, which led them apart, but knowing that they could all still get together like this and banter back and forth without a care meant a lot to all of them. They were friends friends for life.

In an immortal cave on Sunshine Peak, a black figure appeared and stood in front of the Elder, who was in the middle of reading a scroll. “I thought I told you not to come here.”

“It is time for you to make good on your promise. I need you to give a mission to two disciples.” The figure in black said. He decided to use one stone to get rid of two birds. He had two missions that had already failed. 

The elder narrowed his eyes before asking: “Who do you want me to give the mission to?”
