“And?” Four girls sat on their knees with their heads lowered. It was the next morning, and after a long night of drinking with the others, Yuki and the girls had finally returned to the mountain peak.

“We got drunk….” Yuki mumbled. Once they started drinking, they forgot that their Master had wanted to talk with them.

“I can see that. All four of you reek of wine. But that doesn’t mean you can go and ignore the fact that I needed to talk to you.” Elder Nishikawa sighed as she rubbed the bridge of her nose. “Anyway, from now on, you can all release your transformation spell. You are strong enough now to not need it. I think your new friend will also protect you well, too, right?”

“I would give my life for Yuki!” Delia said without any hesitation. She did not mention the others, but they were implied in her words. She would not allow her sisters to get harmed, either. 

“Then I think you can all release your transformation techniques. Including you, Delia.”  Elder Nishikawa gave Delia a knowing look, who returned the look with a cheeky smile. Yuki, Nana, and Silvia did not expect this, but they also did not show much of a reaction. They just undid their transformation techniques, feeling much more refreshed. 

Delia also released her, revealing a set of white cat ears and a long white tail. It was Elder Nishiakwa who reacted the most. “A White tiger…. You are….” Her words were immediately cut off when Delia gave her a warning look.

Yuki’s eyes lit up seeing the cat girl. She always liked cats!” She reached over and began scratching under Delia’s chin, causing Delia’s eyes to squint and let out a low purr. 

“Yuki….” Nana began to feel jealous but soon was squinting her eyes as well when Yuki began scratching her chin as well.

Elder Nishikawa did not know what to make of this. The Demon Queen herself was sitting in her immortal cave, being treated as if she were a pet cat. “Alright, you three girls go back. I need to speak with Delia.”

“Hmmm? Why?” Delia pursed her lips since Yuki stopped petting her. She wanted more!

“Just sit and have a quick chat with me.” Elder Nishikawa was not budging. Delia could only frown and agree. She did not wish to be separated from Yuki, but she had no choice.

After Yuki and the others left, Delia stopped acting as she was and walked over and sat on a chair as if she owned the place. “What do you want? Why are you interrupting my Yuki time?”

“You are really putting on a show. Does she know that the girl she was petting just now is the demon queen? The ruler of all demonic beasts? I know you were sealed in this realm and have had your powers restricted, but you are basically the strongest being on this plane. So tell me, why Yuki?” Elder Nishikawa ignored Delia’s attitude. She couldn’t care less how Delia spoke to her.

“I guess I can tell you since you are her master. But Yuki and I are meant to be. Yuki doesn’t know this, but we both came from the same place. I had no idea about it when I first came to find Yuki. I thought she was just my destined one. But it turned out more than that when I finally got to see her soul. Yuki is different from all of you except for me. Yuki is someone I must protect, even if it cost me my life. I will even fight those old bastards who sealed me here if it meant saving Yuki. Just like how you were chased here, little phoenix, we both have our own problems, but for me, Yuki is now my world. You only need to know that I will never hurt her. And also, do not tell her any of this.” Delia laid it all out. She was still unsure of how to tell Yuki any of this. She understood Yuki’s soul did not belong to this realm of this world. It belonged to the world she originated from. Earth….

“I will not say a word. But you should reveal your true identity at some point as the demon queen. Yuki will not look down on you. I can already tell she has feelings for you. She is a good girl and will always stand by her friends. As long as you never hurt her, she will always stand by your side.” Elder Nishikawa smiled softly. She was glad Delia was now at Yuki’s side. It allowed her to feel better about the girls showing their true forms.

“I will find the right time. I will be heading back to my Yuki. Don’t call for me unless it has to do with Yuki’s well-being.” Delia stuck her tongue out and was about to leave when Elder Nishikawa called out to her.

“Tell Yuki and the girls there will be an assembly this afternoon in the outer sect. All Disciples have to be there. She, Nana, and Silvia are the stars of the show. And tell them no transformation technique either.” Elder Nishikawa was still nervous about this, but with so many people backing them, she was sure things would work out well.

“I will tell them. If anyone dares to say anything rude to my Yuki, do not blame me for tying them up naked.”
