“The Demon Queen!? Why the hell is she here!?” Twilights Veil’s sect master eyes widened. He did not understand why that plague to humanity came out of her mountain. This just showed how out of the loop Twilight Veil’s information network truly was. They thought of themselves too highly, thinking they would never have anyone who would dare oppose them. But now it was too late.

Outside the Twilights Veil sect Delia and Yuki stood at the front gates staring at the massive stone doors in front of them. “Should we open it nicely or blow it up?”

    “Yuki, I think blowing it up is more in fashion nowadays,” Delia replied.

“Is it? Are you sure?  I thought opening things nice was in.” Yuki tapped her chin before nodding. “Let’s just blow it up. It’s more my style anyway.”

    “Okay!” Delia cracked her knuckles and drew her fist back. “AAAAAAnnnndddd!!!!!! Boom!”

A massive blast of spiritual qi in the shape of a fist shot out as Delia punched forward. It flew through the air and smashed into the massive door. Even the barrier array set up on the door was unable to withstand the force of Delia’s attack as the barrier shattered and, along with it, the door.

“Not bad.” Yuki nodded in approval. The door that once stood tall for thousands of years was now nothing more than rubble on the ground. “I wonder if they will yell: You dare! Or how dare you attack my crappy sect! Or the even more overused You!”

“I know, right? It’s like their vocabulary only has so many words in it, so they do not know what else to say.” Delia chuckled as she held Yuki’s hand and pulled Yuki forward.

The two did not look like they were out to destroy a sect but more like they were out on a date. Delia was all smiles as she tapped her foot and floated in the air. The tiger girl and the fox both flew into the sect without a care. The disciples who came to see what was going on all stood there staring at the two mystic races in disbelief. 

Yuki’s eyes scanned the faces around to see if she recognized any of them, but she didn’t. Instead, she waved her hand, sending out a red aura that stabbed into the onlookers, ripping their souls out of their bodies and absorbing them into her own. These disciples did not even have a chance to scream before they collapsed. 

But the scene of a few hundred disciples suddenly collapsing caused a chain reaction within the sect. “We are under attack run!”

“Oh? They are not really all that heroic, huh?” Yuki did not understand. But this did not stop her from sending out her aura and stealing more souls. She did not care how old these disciples were. She did not care who they were. She only had one mission. Wipe out the sect that was most likely responsible for wiping out her clan. They did not care about age when they came to her village, so she would not care about it now. 

Yuki looked like a demon in the eyes of the disciples of Twilights Veil. Her red aura that snatched souls made her seem like the final boss of some video game. This bit of cultivation was nothing to create her sixth core and form another tail. Her power at this time was enough to face off with Delia if she wanted to. Whether she could win or not was another story.

“Stop! Stop!” A few sect elders from Twilights Veil appeared in the air. Their eyes were full of killing intent. But they did not dare go near Delia and Yuki. Fear…. It was written all over their old faces. The fear of death was what stopped them from charging forward and trying to halt Yuki and Delia’s advance. These old men who should care about their sect and disciples looked on while the disciples of their sect were having their souls stripped from their bodies.

“What are you doing!?” Another voice boomed through the air as a few more old men appeared. “Hurry up and go save the disciples! Don’t just stand there!”

The elders shook in fear as they turned to see their grand elders staring at them. They each took a deep breath before rushing down to try to save who they could, but sadly for them…. 

“Oh! Big fish!” Yuki waved her hand, and the few elders who went to try to help dropped like flies. They didn’t even get to reach a single disciple before they fell to the ground dead. The grand elders from Twilights Veil were shocked at what they were seeing. They did not know what the little girl was doing, but she was easily killing people with this strange red aura.

“You! Why are you doing this!? Why have you attacked my Twilights Veil!?” One of the grand elders yelled out.

Yuki looked up, and her eyes turned icy cold as she saw the old man’s face. “You…. You are mine!” 

 Delia watched as Yuki turned into a streak of lightning and appeared in front of an old man. She grabbed him by the face and let out a surge of lightning, stunning the old man from head to toe. She then disappeared with the old man and returned to Delia’s side. 

“Delia, hold this bastard, and do not let him  get away.” Yuki wanted to make the old man wish he were dead but not let him die.
