“Let me go! Do you even know who I am!? Ahh!” The young man yelled, only for Leo to grip his wrist even tighter.

“Who you are doesn’t mean anything to me. What matters is how you are trying to force my friend to do something she doesn't want.” Leo did not let go. He did not want the young man to have a chance to harm Bella.

“I am Harry Von Felinistine, Marquis Felinistine’s son and only wanted to give Princess Isabella a tour of the academy.” Harry replied while finally shaking Leo off. He glared at him with hatred in his eyes as he continued: “Low born and low ranking nobles can just leave.”

Leo had no idea where Harry got the stick that was stuck up his butt to even think he could order people around in the current situation, nor did her care. He gently took Bella’s hand, pulled her behind him, and raised his chin towards Harry. “I think Bella already made it quite clear that she has nothing to do with you. I do not care if you are a marquis, a prince, or even the king. I will not stand idly by and watch any man trying to force a girl to do something she does not want.”

“Leo…” It was hard not to be touched by Leo’s words. A sweet smile formed on her lips as she looked at Leo’s strong and sturdy back.

“Oh? Then let’s see how I deal with you.” Thinking Leo was weak, Harry raised his fist and thrust it at Leo’s face. Leo didn't even try to dodge it as he raised his hand, grabbed hold of it, and pulled hard, causing Harry to fall forward before twisting it up behind Harry’s back and kicking his knees, making him kneel to the ground while pushing his arm at an unnatural angle.

“Apologize!” Leo said coldly while pushing his arm up more, making the pain Harry was feeling right now even worse.

“Bastard! Let me go! Do you think you can get away with this!? I will have you and your family…” Harry’s voice was caught in his throat when a sharp gleam entered his eyes, and a cold piece of metal was pressed against his neck.

“Do you think we are non-existent? Bella said no, but you ignored her and even grabbed her wrist, hurting her. By all rights, even your father would not say a word if I beheaded you now. The only reason I haven’t is because we are in the Academy where rank does not matter. But I will say this now, even if Bella is the seventh princess, if we report this to her father, you will not get off easily. If you dare to even touch a hair on anyone here or their families, I will make sure your Marquis house disappears overnight. You, of all people, know how much my father loves me.” Abby's voice was cold. She exuded a bloody aura that told everyone present she was willing to do what she said.

“Leo, let him go. If he dares to do anything, he will be the one who suffers, trust me.” Bella gently tugged on Leo’s arm. Leo was quite pissed. Someone dared to threaten his family. If it were not for Abby stepping in when she did, he was afraid he would have done something he shouldn’t have.

‘Kill him! This bastard! How dare he touch my sister and threaten my in-laws!’ Liana was not helping him any either. She was on the verge of forcing herself out of her space and attacking the young man herself. Her fiery rage was also flowing through their connection making Leo have a hard time keeping control.

Leo closed his eyes before slowly opening and letting the bastard go. ‘Liana, remind me to keep my eye on this bastard.’

‘I will. I won’t forget his scent. But if we let him go here he will cause trouble in the future. You can tell by the look in his eyes.’

‘Let him. He may be a C-rank but he himself is weak. Only his cards are strong. But I will need to be careful when not in the Academy. Luckily where I live is only known to a few people. I guess Jasmine is the only one I need to worry about about giving up where I live.’

‘I will help you tonight to grow a bit strong although it will not be easy.’ Liana could feel Leo’s worry. She knew just how important his family was to him.

‘I will do anything. No matter what it is.’ Leo did not care if he had to sell his soul. He wanted to get stronger no matter what. He had to protect the people he cared about.

‘I understand. For now deal with the situation in front of you we will talk more later.’

Leo looked at Harry once more before turning his gaze to Bella who was looking back at him in concern. “Let’s go. We still got places we need to check out.”

Leo took Bella’s hand and pulled her away. He did not realize what he was doing looked like he was rubbing in the fact that Bella did not mind him holding her hand and leading her away. As if he was saying this is my woman.

Abby snorted and looked at Bella and Leo before smiling faintly and sheathing her sword. “Let’s go. Bastards aren’t worth our time.”
