“Ivy, are you okay?” Ellee could tell Ivy seemed to be tired. She did not know why though, since Ivy had been sleeping when she was awake.

“Mmm… Just tired.” Ivy did not sleep a wink after that. Her mind kept trying to figure out what this strength was that her two pokemon were gaining from kissing her. It was not until early this morning, after staring at her menu, that she spotted the reason. It had been fain,t but she knew it was there. She had a skill called [Affinity Surge]. She tapped it and got the explanation on it. It was a skill that allowed her to give small boosts of power to her pokemon by doing intimate actions. The more intimate, the more power they would gain.

“Ivy, if you want I can carry you for a while so you can rest more.” Ellee wanted to give Ivy a chance to sleep more while they moved. With Nia here, they wouldn’t have a problem if Ivy slept.

“If that is okay with you.” Ivy really did feel tired. Her entire body felt sluggish.

“Then get on.” Ellee knelt down in front of Ivy. Ivy wrapped her arms around Elle’s neck and crawled up on her back. Ellee’s scent filled her nose, making her feel relaxed as she began to doze off almost instantly.

“You really care a lot about Master.” Nia had noticed that Ellee was very attentive towards Ellee. Not that this was a bad thing, but she wondered why a pikachu of all pokemon would be so close to someone outside their own race.

“She is family. And so are you. So you should call Ivy by her name if you have truly accepted her.” Nia, always calling Ivy master, made Ellee remind her of how she first met Ivy. She didn’t wish to think about the past and wanted to only look towards the future.

“You are right, I will need to change my way of calling her.” Nia looked at the peaceful expression on Ivy’s face and smiled softly. It seemed Ivy was a special kind of human.

“We are following this road to the next town. Ivy needs to register as a pokemon trainer, and we need to stock up on supplies as well. You may have noticed the strangeness in the distance, but we are currently about to see a world-changing event. And if I am not wrong it should be happening tomorrow.” Since Nia was now part of their group, she had to make sure she knew everything.

“How do you know it will happen tomorrow?” Nia was curious as to how Ellee knew all of this.

“Because Ivy’s Souldex is different from a regular human pokedex and… it seems to be connected to the happenings of this world. How else do you think you became a human version of your pokemon form?”

“I did indeed wonder that but since Ivy had not said anything I didn’t bring it up.”
“She might never have either since Ivy has a one-track mind. Once she focuses on something, that is all she thinks about, like growing stronger. Her will to grow strong is great, and her ability to adapt and push forward is also high. She will, with no doubt, become the strongest pokemon warrior, and we need to be sure we grow stronger as well. So make sure you steal as many kisses as you can from now on.” Ellee knew she was not the only one who needed to grow stronger. Every poke Ivy captured, if they turned into a humanoid, would need to grow strong as well. She would not allow anyone near Ivy if they did not wish to stay by her side and protect her.

“Understood.” Nia also knew this was a good idea. She just hoped Ivy would not get mad if she found out.

The group walked for half a day before Ivy finally woke up feeling much more refreshed. Ivy slid off Ellee’s back and stretched. “Thanks Ellee.”

“Anytime you need to sleep just let me know. Don’t push yourself too much.”

“Mmm… I will be sure to do that.” Ivy stepped forward and planted a light kiss on Ellee’s lips. She held it there for a few seconds before pulling away. “Did you feel anything?”

“Huh?” Ellee was shocked. She had not expected Ivy to suddenly kiss her!

“Did you feel anything, like power of some kind?” Ivy was blushing. She wanted to make use of her skill if it meant she could make her pokemon stronger.

“Ah… Yeah… I did…” Ellee replied, still slightly dazed.

“Good.” Ivy smiled and walked over to Nia. “You too.”

Nia stood there while Ivy kissed her on the lips. A small strand of power flowed into her. She looked at Ivy’s rosy cheeks and realized that she might get addicted to this. Her master was too cute! “I felt it, too.”

“Good. From now on… Ummm, at night, we should do this but longer. I have a skill that enables me to make you stronger through intimate actions. So… I know it might be weird, but… We-we should kiss more often.” Ivy felt embarrassed just talking about it, but it was to make them strong.

“It felt nice, so it’s not weird.” Ellee was very happy inside. She would be able to kiss Ivy more often and for longer!

“Yes, it was very pleasing.” Nia agreed. She would not mind kissing more often.

“Oh… Then let’s go. We need to hit town before the timer runs out.” Ivy could feel her face heating up. So she decided to quickly change the subject. They only had until noon the next day before the timer reached zero.
