Shizuku took a while to get Mei to calm down. She looked at the girl whose eyes were red and sighed. “Mei, what’s wrong?”

“I…. I felt useless. My Master was being attacked, and I could not even do anything to protect her… how am I supposed to be of use if I can’t even stand in front of you to block the attack?” Mei snuffed as she rubbed her nose.

“Silly girl. Why would I want you to get hurt? Plus, there was no helping it this time. The barrier was made to keep any non-vampires out. Plus, if you ever stood in front of me and took that attack head-on, what would I do? My cute little fox girl is not allowed to die on me. I can’t fluff you if you are six feet in the ground.” Shizuku gently stroked the top of Mei’s head and kissed her forehead. “You should know you are very important to me. You and Miyumi are my wives. I will do my best to protect you both just as you will protect me. This is not a one-way street. If you jump in front of me to block an attack, I will pull you behind me and shield you.” Shizuku’s words made Mei blush. She looked at Shizuku, who was smiling warmly at her, and nodded her head. Her master was the best master in the world.

With Mei now calmed down, the girls looked around the throne room and did not see anything worth mentioning. “Isn’t this place kind of lacking?” Miyumi was disappointed when she did not see any treasure chest spawning.

“I do not think this was supposed to be a boss whom we would get items from but more of a boss for me to learn more about myself.” Shizuku had this feeling since meeting the vampire. Even before then, she had a feeling these dungeons were meant to train her. 

“Even still!” Miyumi pursed her lips. All of this was for nothing!

“Alright… let’s go. It’s not like he could have beaten me anyway. Let’s go out and reenter. I want to see if this place resets or we actually get the Under Keep dungeon.” Shizuku turned and began walking out of the room. She felt that as soon as they entered, this place would disappear.

 Because the so-called dungeon was small, it only took them a few minutes to reach the exit. When they did, the sun had already started coming up. “You fucking bitches!”

A loud roar came as soon as they exited. Shizuku looked up to see a man with an angered, twisted face staring at her as if he wanted to eat her alive. But before she could even say anything, a figure blurred by her, and the man let out a grunt as he flew through the air. “How dare you call my Master a bitch!”

“Ah…. Mei is still not fully calm from before.” Shizuku scratched her head, but she was fine with it. She shrugged and called Mei back. “Mei, come back. You dirtied your hands. We need to sterilize them, or you might get some kind of strange disease.”

“Sorry….” Mei walked over with her head lowered and held out her hands. “Master, please get the nasties off.” 

“Pfft!” Miyumi couldn’t hold her laughter in. She felt Mei’s acting just now was spot on.

“Okay, hold on.” Shizuku pulled out a cloth and some water and began washing Mei’s hands. The other adventurers who were standing nearby were all whispering and laughing away.

“Fuck! You fucking Fallen! This is human territory!” The man who had been punched just now stood back up.

“Bradly, are you at it again!?” A voice came from behind Shizuku and the girls. They turned to see a young woman in silver armor and a blue tunic walk over. She had a sword on her hip, and her steps were light. You could tell she was well-trained.

“Lishia! Stay out of this! This time, they started it!” Bradly had never felt so embarrassed in his life. He was knocked senseless by a fox girl who had a strange mark on her body. What made things worse was that it seemed she was also a slave!

“Huh? We started it? Didn’t you call me a bitch just now? My cute little Mei only punched you to protect my dignity. If you had not opened your mouth, I would not have even known you were here. Why are you even yelling in the first place? Did you hit on me and get rejected? Because I am sure, I would have if you did. Not because you are human but because you are too ugly. Waaaay too ugly. I would rather date a slime.” Shizuku cut in. She did not know when she started anything. She only exited the dungeon.

“You! A Fallen has no right to be here! You should be strung up and….” Bradly suddenly felt a cool sensation on top of his head causing him to stop speaking. He reached up and felt the top of his head to find that the hair in the middle of his head was now missing.

“Male baldness at your age is not a good sign. You might want to see a doctor. It seems you might have contracted some disease from a slime. You should really think twice about what you stick your little pecker into.”
