Legend Of Yuki: The Wrath Of The Tailed Asura
Attack Part 1
“Tch…. Didn’t even help upgrade my cultivation at all!” Yuki furrowed her brow. She did not think he was that weak.
“Umm Yuki…..” Selene, who was standing not too far away, suddenly spoke up.
“Hmmm? What’s wrong?” Yuki was back to her normal self. She turned and smiled at Selene.
“When we fight…. Can you not use that technique on me?” Selene was a battle junkie, but she knew her limits. Yuki’s technique just now was something that scared her.
“Hehe… Maybe~ Maybe~ Not…” Yuki grinned, causing Selene to purse her lips. The damn fox was messing with her!
“So this marks the end of the Roaring Thunder Sect, right?”Silvia asked curiously.
“All except the old man Delia is riding,” Nana replied.
“Then should we loot it before flattening the entire sect?” Silvia wanted to know what kind of treasures a top sect like this had.
“I will show you to our treasure vault!” The ancestor of the Roaring Thunder Sect wanted to please these young women. He never thought they would be so strong. A girl under twenty just diced up the man he appointed as sect master into a mist of blood and ate his soul. Who knew that the new asura was actually hiding here on this small continent?
“You better be showing us the real treasure vault since I will be destroying this entire sect after. If you value your life, you will not mess around.” Delia did not plan to let the old man live, but putting a carrot in front of him with his life made it easier for them to get the good stuff without working hard.
After many twists and turns and a few more missed disciples, Yuki and her group arrived in front of a large door that was hidden away behind an illusion array. “Is it just me, or is this treasure vault kind of…” Selene felt the treasure vault was not very well hidden. Normally, a sect would have many different security measures to their vault. And even then, the main vault would have a hidden section with the real treasures kept that only the sect master could enter.
“This is our vault….” The old man lowered his head. He knew how crappy their vault defenses were, but they never had any good array masters. The Heavenly Cloud Sect took them all!
“Hmmm….” Let’s go inside. Delia steered the old man to crawl towards the vault door. She then raised her hand and flicked her finger using pure air pressure to make the doors swing open.
As the group entered, their excitement was diminished when they saw just how empty the vault was. Even the old man acting as Delia’s transportation was in shock. “This!? What is this!? This room was filled with treasures. Why is it like this now!?”
“Probably because the person you put in charge did not seem to get the memo about not selling off the sect. Why else would a pill sect so readily help a man who ruined his disciple's lives by allowing them to cultivate corrupt demonic qi techniques?
“You sat by and allowed your sect to be brought to ruin. Either you turned a blind eye or just were too stupid to realize what was going on. My guess is that it was the latter. But this is the outcome you have given your sect. While there is nothing really worth it, we will take it all since it can help the new disciples of our sect. You see, only when a sect is united can they truly be called a sect. Letting an idiot run your sect was basically asking for its downfall.” Yuki stated as she glanced at Silvia and Nana, who both understood what she wanted them to do before looking at Selene and saying: “If you want anything, feel free to take it. You are part of this group now, after all.”
“No, I will be happy with my few days of Yuki alone time.” Selene gave a mysterious smile. She had come to truly understand Yuki during this time. She had seen her kindness, her ruthlessness. She acts on her own morals. She follows her own cultivation path and will do anything for her friends and those who have shown her kindness. These were all qualities that Selene liked.
“Don’t worry, you will get your alone time.” Yuki grinned as she cracked her knuckles. She couldn’t wait to fight!
Once the vault was cleared out to a point where not even a spec of dust was left, the girls walked out of the vault to plan their next move. “Yuki, should we head to Twilights Veil now?”
“No. We will need to first go back to the sect and report what has happened and check to make sure they are all okay. We do not know what schemes that old bastard had waiting. So it is better to be safe than sorry.” Yuki hoped that Twilights Veil did not try to make a move on her sect. After all, it was her second home.
“Don’t worry, my shadows are keeping watch.” Delia had also been very careful. She had to make sure nothing happened to the places Yuki wished to protect.
“Thanks, Delia.” Yuki smiled softly. She was glad to have Delia by her side.
“Hehe… Yuki thank… We need to hurry. I just detected over two thousand cultivators heading to the sect now!”
