Comforting

Inside the bathroom, in the steamy hot water that filled the bathtub, Nana was sitting in Yuki’s lap with her eyes closed. Yuki had really gotten her going when she washed her earlier. “There is no need to thank me. As your lover, I should be doing these things for you. Our races are different. Unlike humans, we go into heat.” This was one of the things the mystic races had that differed from humans. Once they got to a certain age, they would start to go into heat during certain parts of the year. Yuki knew the same would happen to her, but she also felt embarrassed by it. 

“Mmm…” Nana softly smiled. “We should probably rest.”

“Yeah.” Yuki nodded. She watched as Nana struggled to sit up, turn and look at her before diving in for a kiss. Their tongues intertwined for a while before finally parting. 

The two got out of the bath and dried off. Things were the same as always. Nana would groom Yuki, and Yuki would groom Nana. When they finally settled in for the night, Nana clung to Yuki more than normal, her small smile never disappearing. They had just taken another step in their relationship. Nana couldn’t wait for the day that she could make Yuki feel the way she made her feel tonight. 

Yuki could only praise herself for being able to resist going too crazy. She had to admit that Nana really turned her on. If she lost control, she knew the two of them would not end up sleeping at all. But luckily, things worked out quite well.

The spider girl sat half asleep on a tree branch outside the sect. Her spider webs made it so she would not fall. She could not enter the sect due to the arrays that were set up. If it was one of the smaller sects, she could easily enter and take out her target, but this was not a small sect but one of the two biggest in the West Wind Kingdom. 

She sat on top of the branch, wondering how long she was going to have to sit here. She could not return until her job was done. If she failed, she would get severely punished. She shivered at the thought of the punishment. She had seen some of the others go in for punishment and either not return at all or return a different person. Since she was female, she knew her punishment would not be pretty. 

Reaching up with her hand, the spider girl patted a yawn. “Screw it, I will just sleep….” Without much thought, the spider girl hopped up higher into the tree and found a more secluded spot, but also still allowed her to see the surroundings before making a bed with webs and lying down.
