This sudden information was a surprise to Yuki and Nana. They did not think that after saving Kenji that he would just go and kill him. “Why did he kill him?”

“Probably because he failed to be useful. You see, Elder Shoji tried to get you kicked out of the sect. But the thing is, is that he is not targeting you because he has a grudge against you but because he was targeting me. Sorry, Yuki, you got pulled into a hundred year feud that I have with this man. But don’t worry. Since he dared to attack you, I will speak to the sect master and explain things. He will side with me on it, and I can take care of the old bastard.”Elder Nishikawa explained. She looked at the two girls who were sitting next to each other on the rock not far away and smiled. “So, just to confirm, you are now dao partners, right?”

Yuki and Nana blushed but still nodded. “We realized our feelings for each other last night,” Nana explained.

“Good. Then I can give you that.” Elder Nishikawa slowly got up, letting the sun’s rays rain down on her, and stepped out of the pond. “Follow me.”

The snow white skinned beauty walked down the path, with each step, her skin and hair became drier, and by the time she reached the entrance of her immortal cave, she was completely dry from head to toe. 

Yuki and Nana were curious as to what their Master had for them and quickly followed after her. They watched as she got changed before walking over to a shelf and tapping it on one of its corners. The shelf slid open, revealing a small entrance to a hidden room. There was a golden fiery barrier that covered the entrance that Elder Nishikawa passed through. “Stay there I will be right out. The barrier will burn you to ash if you touch it.”

Nana and Yuki were glad they did not go forward. If they had been greedy at all and had tried to follow after Elder Nishikawa, they would have been burnt to ash. Yuki held Nana’s hand, and the two looked at each other and smiled. They were still in the excited stage of being in a relationship. Everything was still butterflies and fireworks going off every time they looked into each other’s eyes. It was a feeling they both liked. It tickled yet was warm.

It did not take long for Elder Nishikawa to walk out of the hidden room with a jade scroll in her hand that had a long red tassel handing it. The edges seemed to be inlaid with gold and have many intricate phoenixes carved into it. “This is a dual cultivation method. It is called the Celestial River Fusion. The meaning of the name is that once you reach the grandmaster completion stage, you both will be able to fuse your spiritual powers to use a Celestial Heaven Technique called Celestial Gate. What this technique is even, I do not know since it was never written down but from the name, I think it summons a kind of gate. But I am not one hundred percent sure. 

“By dual cultivation, do you mean…” Yuki blushed. She knew what a dual cultivation method was. She had read about them a few times. They were cultivation methods where two people would be intimate with one another to swap their spiritual power to help them cultivate faster.

“Yes, but, I would not give you one that would require you two to do such things at such a young age. This cultivation method can only be cultivated by two girls. It is something that I got by chance when exploring a life abode of a powerful figure. This is not something you can find here on the mortal plane. Anyway, the technique starts off in different levels and is not as easy as you think to cultivate. The first three levels are quite innocent. The first level, you two only need to hold hands and circulate your spiritual qi between each other. The second level is kissing, and the third is skin to skin contact. All of which you have been doing. Although I am not sure if you have kissed yet but seeing the two of you now I guess it has already happened.

“At any rate. This will help the both of you grow stronger together. Each level has twenty stages so it will not be easy to cultivate, but with each stage, you will grow ten times as strong as you were before. And…. Yuki can cultivate both her spiritual qi and demonic qi while using this cultivation method as it will change any demonic qi going into Nana into spiritual qi. I am not sure how it does this, but this is just how the cultivation method works. You should both practice it at night. During the day you can keep cultivating your other cultivation methods. They will actually help boost the effects of this technique.” Elder Nishikawa went to hand over the jade scroll before stopping and saying: “One more thing. This cultivation method binds the two of you for life. This means you will be able to tell where the other is at all times. This is the main reason why I want you two to start cultivating it now instead of later.”

 “This is truly amazing.” Yuki was shocked to know that she and Nana could be bound in a way that would allow them to know where the other was. So if anything ever happened to them they would always be able to find one another. “But master you said this could not be found on the mortal plane so does that mean it would come from….”

“It’s too early to be talking about that. When you reach the peak of this realm I will explain more to you. For now, go back and start training this. I want you two to at least reach the first stage in a few days’ time. And one more thing. Take this.” Elder Nishikawa took out a small bag and along with the cultivation method handed them to Yuki. “This is a bag of holding. Inside are the herbs needed for your body cultivation technique.”

Yuki held the scroll and bag of holding in her hands and felt quite emotional. She looked at her Master and bowed her head deeply. “Thank you, Master!”

“No need to thank me. You are my disciples. Go and cultivate. Once you reach the first stage of your new cultivation method, I will start training you in alchemy.”
