Legend Of Yuki: The Wrath Of The Tailed Asura
Foxy Devil
Yuki was not scared in the slightest. She enraged the old man on purpose. First, it was because once someone got angry, they were more prone to make mistakes in a fight. Second, she just wanted to piss him off. Yuki kicked off the air and shot forward as well. She could tell the old man’s movement technique was not all that good. He was far slower than her.
When the old man saw Yuki disappear, his expression sank. He stopped mid-air and looked around him. He had given a lot to come this far. He needed to kill this girl and add her soul to his collection. He planned to use the entire village as a means of completing the summoning array.
As soon as he summoned the dark lord and made a contract with it, he could rule the world! This was his lifelong plan. Ever since he found the old scroll that told him how to summon the dark lord, he had been working towards that goal.
Now, it had been almost two hundred years, and the number of souls needed had almost been acquired. He only had a few more to go if he included the entire village, but now…. “Little bitch, die!”
The old man swung his sword around him, trying to cut Yuki down. Even though he could not see her, he could still feel her killing intent and blood lust. “Hehe…. Old man, you seem to be getting way too old for this. Look, you are even waving your sword at a broken wall!”
“You damned girl!” The old man was so angry he coughed up a mouth full of blood. He turned and wanted to strike where the voice was coming from, but he suddenly felt a cold chill run down his spine, causing him to turn and strike out once more.
*Clang!*
The sound of metal versus metal could be heard. Yuki beamed a smile at the old man as a sudden bolt of golden lightning flowed out of her hand and to her sword before transferring over to the old man’s sword. The old man was startled and quickly let go of his sword, but just as he did, he watched as Yuki suddenly spun herself around mid air and kicked his sword to spin it around and then kicked it again to send it flying right at him. He did not even have time to dodge as the sword pierced into his chest.
The lightning that was on the sword instantly entered the old man’s body, causing him to cry out in pain. “AHHHH! Damn you, you little bastard!”
The old man gritted his teeth and quickly jumped away. He pulled the sword out and tossed it to the side before swiping his hand that had an interspatial ring on it and pulling something out.
Before Yuki could finish the old man off, the old man crushed something, causing a thick cloud of red smoke to appear, blocking her vision. Yuki, who was about to strike again, struck nothing but air. She couldn’t help but furrow her brow. “He escaped…. Does he have plot armor or something?”
Pursing her lips, she floated down to the ground and landed gently. She really did not want to let the old man escape, but there was nothing she could do about it. “I guess I can only finish the clean up and then leave this place….”
“Yuki? Are you okay?” Nana, who had been watching the whole fight from the side, couldn’t help but be worried when Yuki was knocked all over the place. She was even more nervous when the old man showed up.
“Yeah. Everyone in this village is only at the peak of the astral star realm. They are far from being worth anything to write home about. How was it? Did you give the little boy a funeral?” Yuki walked over and gave Nana a kiss on the lips.
“Yes. I also gave him a proper send off.” Nana replied. She felt slightly emotional, but she knew now was not the time.
“Then, from now on, Nana will be the angel, and I will be the devil.” Yuki grinned as she said this. She liked this idea. Her Nana was so kind and angelic as it was, and Yuki knew she was violent and loved to torture people.
“But you are too cute to be a devil!” Nana complained as she looked at Yuki. Yuki couldn’t help but laugh out loud at her words.
“Even if I am cute, I can still be a little devil! A foxy devil!” Yuki felt like this was a good idea because she crossed her arms in front of her chest and nodded her head, praising her ability to come up with good names.
“I guess that is okay….” Nana frowned slightly. She always thought of Yuki as the cutest in the world. Even when she became older, Nana still saw her as the cutest.
“Hehe….” Yuki was in a very good mood at this time. “Let’s finish the slaughter, shall we?”
Nana nodded and followed after Yuki, who began skipping down the street, singing another strange song. “Time to slaughter~ Time to slaughter~ Who is next? Who is next? Everyone is going to die~, But you are next~ You are next~.”
