Legend Of Yuki: The Wrath Of The Tailed Asura

18 years stuck in a hospital bed, always taken care of by those around her. Sick all her life Yuki finally passed away. What she did not expect was to be reborn as a fox girl? A world of cultivation. A world where might makes right.Yuki will need to learn to survive in this new world. Will she be able…

Sei

“Ha~!” Yuki let out a long breath as she looked around her. She did not even care about how she was soaked in blood. She was feeling great. Her village now ran with the blood of her enemies. While this felt good, it was only a glimpse of the future that she would have to walk.

“You passed.” The voice entered Yuki’s ears. Yuki looked up at the sky and smiled brightly, her white teeth shining brightly in the dark, dim surroundings. “Take a rest and wash up. I am sure the blood must feel uncomfortable.”

“No. It feels refreshing.” Yuki replied with a grin. She did not feel disgusted at all by the blood on her body.

“I see….” The voice seemed to sigh and disappear.

The surroundings changed, and Yuki found herself once more in a large bath. She did not hesitate to this time to strip down and taking off her transformation technique. She had just begun to wash the blood off her body when she heard footsteps coming from behind her. She turned her head to see a white-haired young woman around twenty years of age walking over without a stitch of clothing on. Her fox ear twitched, and her twelve tails danced around with each step she took.

“You….” Yuki’s eyes widened. The woman looked similar to her, way too similar. She was shocked to see these similarities.

“It is nothing strange. Many of the celestial fox clans will look more like their ancestors than they do their parents. This just means they have more of the ancient blood flowing through them.” The woman replied as she knelt down next to Yuki. “My name is Sei. I am the inheritor of the asura and also a celestial fox. As for my cultivation level, well, let’s just say to reach twelve tails, it will take you a few thousand years or more. In this realm, the max you can get is six tails. And that is only if you can live that long. But unlike others of the mystic clans, celestial foxes gain greater strength with each tail. Currently, you have one, but if you were to have two, your power would rise by ten times as much.

“You are close to the threshold as well. When you reach the six fate star, you will receive your second tail and will be on par with a first astral star cultivator. You are what? Fourteen now?” Sei asked as she sat behind Yuki and began helping her wash the blood off Yuki’s body.

“Ah…. Now that I think about it. Yes.” Yuki nodded. She did not feel like she should hide from Sei. She had the same sent as her. It was a comforting scent since it was one of her own race. How long had it been since she smelt such a scent? Yuki’s eyes began to grow red as a wave of feelings rushed into her.

“It’s okay to cry. A young girl like you should not hold it all in. Here in this place with your ancestor to comfort you, you can cry all you want and do not need to worry about being seen as weak.” Sie’s words resonated with Yuki as she turned and leaned into Sei’s chest. Her tears flooded out as if they had turned into twin waterfalls. Even though Yuki was getting blood all over her, Sei did not say a word as she gently patted Yuki’s back. She felt pain in her heart of her kin.

The things she must have gone through up until this point must have been hard for her to hold in. While Sei knew she was only adding to this, she also felt it was best for Yuki, who had all the aspects of being an asura. “Yuki, from this day forth, you will be my first and last disciple. When you reach the gods’ realm, I will officially take you in and teach you everything I know. While I am just a sliver of consciousness, I can still relay my words back to my real body. My feelings are her feelings, so you can trust my words. Work hard. I have long awaited a day when my kin would come to this place. It is a place that only those of our race can enter.”

Yuki sobbing slowly stopped as she lifted her head and looked at Sei. “Thank you and sorry.”

Sei looked down at her chest, covered in not only blood but snot as well, and chuckled. “Such a child. Come, let’s get you clean. There is much to do to get my full inheritance. Although you already had one part of it before you even entered this place.”

“Hmmm?” Yuki was confused by what Sei meant.

“The sword. The sword you used to cut everyone down is called the sword of the devourer. You may not have noticed, but every time you kill someone, it will strengthen. It takes in a bit of blood from those it cuts and devours it making it stronger. It seems to be on the verge of awakening soon as well. Which means you will have a weapon spirit. Hopefully, you will not have an annoying one. When I found this sword, I was already about to ascend to the next plane, so I left it behind to find a worthy master within our clan. And it is now in your hands. Make sure to feed it well.”
