Legend Of Yuki: The Wrath Of The Tailed Asura
The Destruction Of Twilights Veil Part 4
“Leave him to me. Yuki, get revenge on these bastards who have caused you so much pain.” Delia grabbed hold of the man Yuki had passed over to her and tossed him into her shadow. It was the perfect prison for those who needed a slow death.
Yuki smiled and turned her attention to the people around her. Now that she knew for sure that this was the sect that had attacked her village, she was going to turn the sect into a sea of blood and dance on the bodies of the dead.
Her golden eyes slowly turned amber as a reddish tint was added to it. Her asura aura began to strengthen as she took a step forward. “As of this day. The Twilights Veil sect will be no more. You all will die to make up for what you did to my Celestial Fox Clan!”
*Boom!*
A massive pressure filled the sky. Yuki raised her hand, and the dead bodies on the ground melted into pools of blood. This blood slowly rose up off the ground before spreading out and expanding, creating a massive blood-red barrier around the sect. “The lives you took. Those you kidnapped! Today, I will avenge them all!”
Tears welled up in Yuki’s eyes as she remembered her loved ones. Her mother…. Her father… her best friend Chi. Elder Eijiro, who had given up his life for her to escape. She looked up at the bloody barrier and gave a small smile. “I am here. I am here to save you all from your torment. Everyone….. I will spell the blood of our enemies and avenge you all.”
Life was not easy. The idea of the ones she loved so dearly being tormented and drained of their blood by these people made her want to do more than just rip their souls out. But for now, this was the best she could do.
“Kill her! Kill her before she destroys the sect!” A booming voice filled the sky. An old man raced over from the highest peak and hovered in the air. When he looked around and saw his dead disciples and elders, his anger rose even more. “You will become a fine tonic for my cultivation!”
“And you will sit down.” Delia’s cold voice was in his ears, and before the old man could even react, he was slammed to the ground head first with his butt sticking straight up to the sky.
“Delia, capture him as well.” Yuki did not even glance at the old man as she continued ripping souls from the disciples. She could use the barrier and do them all at once, but she did not wish to hurt her own people if even a single one of them was alive. Plus, she preferred to personally watch as each of the souls of these disciples was ripped out.
In the distance, another old man from the mainland, the main branch of the Twilights Veil sect, the Celestial Heaven Sect, stood there looking out over the sect that was about to be destroyed with a furrowed brow. He did not understand how a single Celestial Fox could cause such destruction. As he watched, a thought came to mind. His eyes slowly turned from judging to that of greed. “She has the asura inheritance! I much capture her!”
Greed slowly turned into tunnel vision, with his only thought being to capture Yuki. His mind seemed to completely forget that an even worse menace was next to Yuki. He shot forward without even taking Delia into account. He had just flown off the mountain peak when a voice entered his ear. “Sit, Poochy.”
*Boom!*
A human shaped hole was formed in the ground below as the old man slammed into the ground. His entire body was firmly pressed into the ground, and he could not move a single inch. “Sit there and wait. Yuki will come deal with you soon.”
“Demon Queen!” The old man snapped out of his greedy state as he forced out these words. He tried to struggle to get up, but no matter how much he tried, he could not move an inch. He realized his greed had blinded him. Now, he was going to pay for it.
Delia was all smiles as she slowly followed behind Yuki. Anyone who dared to fly over was slammed to the ground. If they were part of what happened, Yuki tossed them to Delia to be stuffed in her shadow. The faces of the people who had attacked her village were all ingrained in her mind. She would not mistaken a single one that she remembered.
After ripping their souls out, Yuki would cut the necks of the dead, allowing their blood to flow out of their bodies and dye the ground a crimson red. Each disciple, no matter how much they begged, was killed without a second thought. Yuki did not care if they were innocent. Just by being in the sect that attacked her village was enough for them to be guilty by relation.
Yuki was silent the entire time as she walked through the sect, checking every stone house and every immortal cave. It was not until she had cleared out most of the sect that she finally found something on the tallest peak, a stairwell leading down. She took a deep breath and slowly descended the stairs. She made her way to the end of the stairs to see a sight she never wished to see. A young fox girl was strung up naked against the wall. Her body is devoid of any meat, her face pale. She looked as if she was much older than she was, but Yuki would never mistake the girl for anyone else.
With trembling hands, Yuki reached up to the girl and gently touched her face. “I’m late…. I’m sorry. Chi….”
