All the girls gathered around to hear what Silvia had to say. “From what I could get out of her, the Twilight Veil Sect is after us. In order to get to use, they gave the Roaring Thunder Sect cultivation boosting pills that make anyone under the universal core realm jump to the universal core realm for one hour. While the side effects are unknown, these disciples all took this pill in order to fight with Fatty and the rest.”

    “Wait, Twilight Veil? The sub sect of the Celestial Haven Sect? One of the top pill sects on the mainland?” Selene asked with a frown. She had heard about this sect and how they liked to hunt down the mystic races.

“Oh….” Red waves of qi began to surge out of Yuki. Her eyes turned completely red. “So it was them, huh?” 

Yuki’s asura aura rushed out of her body and began pressing down on everyone around them. Selene, Nana, and Silvia all shrank back due to how thick the killing intent and blood lust were. Even Nana, who has always been with Yuki, couldn’t help but take a step back. The pressure was even too much for her. “They dare to even target my loved ones once again!? Heh…. Hahahahaha! I think it’s time….. I think it’s time I destroyed everything that has caused and wants to cause harm to my loved ones and home.”

The Heavenly Cloud Sect was Yuki’s home now. She did not wish to see it harmed in any way. The red strands of qi swirled around Yuki, tearing up the area around her as she took a step forward toward the girl whose eyes were filled with fear. She grabbed hold of the girl’s head and leaned in, and whispered softly: “You fucked with the wrong sect.”

*Crunch!*

The girl’s head exploded under Yuki’s grip as she crushed it between her fingers. Yuki raised her hand and snatched the soul out of the air and held it in her hand looking at it. “You can only hate yourself.” 

Leaning her head back, Yuki dropped the soul into her mouth and swallowed it, allowing it to become part of her power. Her gaze swept over to Nana and Silvia, who both gave her a nod, saying they would follow her. They had now gotten used to the oppressive aura. 

“Yuki~!” Delia, not affected at all by the blood lust and killing intent, hugged Yuki with sparkling eyes. “To think you took on the asura inheritance! Hahaha. Yuki is so amazing!”

Delia really had no idea how to read the room. She was so excited about learning about Yuki’s newly discovered ability that she wanted to tell the world. Only Selene stood there staring at Yuki with clenched fists. She wanted to fight Yuki in this form too!

Yuki just let Delia’s hand on her while she said: “We will go to the Roaring Thunder Sect first. Since they dared to cause trouble, we will destroy their sect so that we do not have any cockroaches sneaking up on us when we make our way to Twilight’s Veil’s sect.”

“Don’t worry about the old monsters of these sects. With me around, they can’t touch you.” Delia got into serious mode. She would never let some sect ancestor touch her Yuki.

“Don’t step in unless we are at a disadvantage. Our battle only starts here. After we defeat the Twilight Veil, we will need to begin our move to the Dragon Sect. Only then will we have the resources to raise our cultivation quicker. Don’t get me wrong, I love The Heavenly Cloud Sect, but It is time for us to move on.” Yuki replied as she eased her aura a bit. She looked around and paused when she saw that Ami and Ai were lying face-first on the ground, foaming at the mouth. 

“Umm… let’s take them back to the sect first….” Yuki scratched her nose. She had forgotten that Ami and the rest were here.

The girls reorganized what they were going to do. Nana took Maiko, while Delia took Fatty. Ami and Ai were carried by Yuki and Silvia while Selene was on look out. “Selene, thank you.”

“You do not need to thank me. We are in this together now.” Selene found Yuki’s willingness to jump into danger for her friends very compatible with her own mentality. “Plus, this isn’t about just your sect anymore.” 

Selene’s words confused Yuki, but she soon saw Selene’s appearance changing. Her human ears disappeared as two wolf ears sprouted on top of her head. Her fingers elongated slightly, forming what seemed more like claws than normal fingers with dark blue fur growing up to her elbows. She had kicked off her boots to reveal the same going on with her feet. Even a fluffy dark blue tail with a crimson tip sprouted from her backside. Selene looked over at Yuki with a small smile as she said: “Mystic races need to stick together. If you plan to fight a pill sect head-on, I am willing to join you.”

Everyone was stunned seeing Selene’s appearance, only Delia did not look surprised since she already knew. But the one who was most happy was Yuki. She had a tail that was not her own to fluff! That is, if she could get Selene to let her fluff it.
