Legend Of Yuki: The Wrath Of The Tailed Asura
Yuki Shows Her True Strength Part 2
“You! What are you!? How can you use two different qis!?” The young man Couldn’t help but ask this question. He did not understand. It should not be possible for her to use two powers so seamlessly.
“Hehe…. This is not even my full strength.” Yuki suddenly closed her eyes before slowly opening them again. One eye turned completely white, while the other turned completely black. Spiritual qi began to visibly swirl around her. Black and white mixed together as it seemed to dance around her body.
Yuki placed her sword on her shoulder and stretched her other arm out. “Now then… let’s see how long you can all live.”
The young man only got to finish hearing Yuki’s words before the girl suddenly disappeared. This was unlike before, when he could barely follow her. This time, he lost complete track of the girl. The spiritual qi around here was much denser than before.
He watched the heads of his men fly into the air one after the other in quick succession. He suddenly sensed a strong killing intent to his side, which made him swing his sword around just in time to hear a clanging sound and feel a heavy weight smash into him. He gritted his teeth and tried to stop the strike, but he couldn’t keep himself from being thrown back. His body bowed as it flew through the air before finally smashing into a house. The wall he crashed into collapsed as he crashed into the floor of the room, breaking the floorboards and hitting the ground below.
Yuki reappeared, standing there with golden lightning arching over her body. She had just infused her new heavenly lightning attribute into her movement technique, making her thousands of times faster. She had no time to celebrate her new discovery as she gazed at the house the young man had crashed into. By the fact that he was able to block the attack just now, told her he was not simple at all.
The young man coughed up a mouth full of blood as he slowly stood up from the rubble. He glanced at Yuki and furrowed his brow. He did not like using his full power, but it seemed he would have no choice. He suddenly bit the tip of his tongue and spat out a glob of purple blood onto the ground. This blood suddenly shot up into the air and rained down onto the young man, causing him to grow three times in size. His muscles bulked up as he let out a mighty roar. “Ahhh! You made me use this!”
Yuki could feel a surge of spiritual power erupting from the young man. She had no idea what that purple blood was, but she figured it was probably some kind of demonic technique. If anything, the strength was temporary. “A final trump card, huh?” Yuki snorted before dashing forward.”
Her entire body seemed to merge with the heavenly lightning as she charged forward. She readied her sword and wanted to take out the young man’s legs, but just as she arrived, she suddenly saw the young man turn around and grin at her. “I found you!”
The young man struck out with his massive fist, causing Yuki to halt her steps and raise her sword to block the attack. The sheer force of the blow caused her to fly backward through the air. It took her a few seconds to re-adjust herself and make a foothold for her to stop herself. But she couldn’t help but frown at the fact that the young man could suddenly see her.
She could only frown slightly, knowing that this trump card did more than just make him bigger and stronger. “So you can finally attack me, huh?” Yuki decided to try to stall for time. If she just blindly charged in trying to attack him, she felt it would just result in the same thing happening again. She also felt that this transformation this young man had undergone would not last very long.
“Heh. This form is much more powerful than you think! Even a peak astral realm cultivator can not escape from me. Even if you are using two different qis, it does not matter. I am still much more powerful than you!” The young man replied. He did not seem like he was worried about his current form fading any time soon.
“I see…. Then….” Yuki pondered for a moment before deciding to try something. She was already able to integrate her heavenly lightning into her movement technique. She wondered if she could do the same in her normal attacks. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath before stepping forward and disappearing again.
The young man sneered as he yelled out: “No matter what you do, it is useless!”
He did not wait for Yuki to come to him this time as he stomped off the ground and disappeared. Yuki, who was about to attack, suddenly stopped mid-air and quickly jumped back as a strong gust of wind flew past her head.
The hair on her head and tail stood up on end. She knew if that had hit her just now, her entire head would have exploded. She did not have much time to think as she sensed another attack coming from behind her. She quickly launched herself up and did a back flip in mid-air, quickly slashing out. As she did, an arc of lightning trailed along her sword.
Blood splattered as the young man suddenly cried out in pain and became visible once again. “Ahh! What is this!?”
