I’m currently sitting in front of the hole from which I crawled.<\/p>\n
After I have struggled for what felt like hours, I was finally rewarded with the sight of a gigantic cave.<\/p>\n
In the cave grow everywhere glowing colorful plants.<\/p>\n
It looks really magical.<\/p>\n
something like this is simply impossible to find on earth.<\/p>\n
i mean until recently i was still in doubt if i was really reborn and maybe in some kind of test environment of a super mad scientist and the goblin was just the result of my predecessor but now i am…. woW.<\/p>\n
A massive underground ecosystem and that with these glowing mushrooms in between.<\/p>\n
There are yellow, green, blue, red and many other tones.<\/p>\n
In addition there are large roots that fall from the ceiling to the ground.<\/p>\n
Which, by the way, you can hardly see because it is so high.<\/p>\n
There is also a slight fog that obscures the view.<\/p>\n
The cave is large enough to accommodate a whole city.<\/p>\n
In the distance I can even make out the noises of some waterfalls.<\/p>\n
Ha I do not have to worry about something to drink.<\/p>\n
The Cavern landscape is also very rugged.<\/p>\n
Good hiding places for me but also for others …<\/p>\n
I’m pretty sure that wasn’t the only goblin.<\/p>\n
The whole time I wondered that it was only one, I thought that normally goblins are in groups on the road.<\/p>\n
say at least the light novels that I have always read.<\/p>\n
well i will see. or hopefully not.<\/p>\n
That can almost be called luck.<\/p>\n
I guess my first target will be one of the waterfalls.<\/p>\n

Is the INT stat not actually responsible for that?<\/p>\n
Anyway, at least I’m supposed to be in tip-top shape again.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately it doesn’t really feel like that.<\/p>\n

That is quite practical but how did I get the just now?<\/p>\n
Simply walk in the dark or how?<\/p>\n

And the rat I ate seems to be called Copper-Rat.<\/p>\n
Ok enough time wasted I better get going.<\/p>\n
Probably the best way to get there is to go over the mushrooms at the top.<\/p>\n
These mushrooms are really huge here, if I had to guess probably two to three meters tall and they have a 4 meter flat round cap.<\/p>\n
The waterfall doesn’t seem to be that far away.<\/p>\n
So I climb onto a rock near a mushroom and jump on it.<\/p>\n
“Quite stable, I had imagined it much more wobbly.”<\/p>\n
Amazed by the practical properties of the mushroom, I set off and continued my way over the fungi, sometimes climbing, sometimes jumping.<\/p>\n
Out of pure luck, and I thank fate for guiding me, I was able to stop myself just before my next jump and then hide.<\/p>\n
In front of me, under the fungi I was about to jump on, sat two green shapes.<\/p>\n
I don’t know if they noticed me, but I pray to whatever god may hear me that they didn’t notice me.<\/p>\n
Surviving my first encounter with a goblin, I can only credit it to my good fortune.<\/p>\n
But how am I supposed to fight two of them?<\/p>\n
*gack* *gack* *gack*<\/p>\n
*gahg* *gahg*<\/p>\n
For fear of being noticed, I didn’t even dare to bat an eyelash.<\/p>\n
I listened to how the two monsters were apparently talking.<\/p>\n
After what felt like an eternity, the gobbling stopped and the two goblins seemed to move on.<\/p>\n
Not willing to move, I stayed where I was for the time being.<\/p>\n
Closing my eyes, I tried to calm my much too fast beating heart.<\/p>\n
– Why do they have to be goblins? –<\/p>\n
Slowly I opened my eyes after calming down and saw these two yellow eyes looking over the edge of the mushroom.<\/p>\n
These yellow demons… wait…<\/p>\n
“AHH…”<\/p>\n
Right in front of me, a goblin tries to climb onto my mushroom.<\/p>\n
Startled, I try to get up.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the goblin rammed its claws into the mushroom and pulled itself up.<\/p>\n
As if by reflex, I stood up and hit my right arm on my hip until I felt something.<\/p>\n
Exactly…<\/p>\n
The Copper-Rat Claw.<\/p>\n
Without hesitation, I took the claw and rammed it into the head of the rising goblin.<\/p>\n
The goblin collapsed and fell off the mushroom.<\/p>\n

From the side I heard a slight scream.<\/p>\n
I turned my head and saw the other goblin standing there, looking behind his pal with a confused look.<\/p>\n
The goblin that must have somehow teleported onto this mushroom.<\/p>\n
– “How quick are they, please? –<\/p>\n
I mean, I just heard the two of them talking down below.<\/p>\n
And to climb on such a mushroom can’t be that easy, can it?<\/p>\n
As soon as he looked at me, you could see the hatred in his gaze.<\/p>\n
Yes, I ruined that friendship for myself. Not that I wanted it anyway…<\/p>\n
before he could do anything i took the initiative and jumped onto the next mushroom that i actually planned to jump onto.<\/p>\n
Searching for a way out, I only noticed how the green beast chased after me and started to sprint and jumped onto my mushroom.<\/p>\n
But somehow he has probably miscalculated because he jumped directly at me!<\/p>\n
“oh no no no NOO!” I screamed because I was standing close to the edge.<\/p>\n
Impressive as it may be that the goblin managed not only to jump from one mushroom to another, but to jump right over it and crash into me, I wished for something else.<\/p>\n
After we collided, and the beast clung to me, the impact caused me to fall over the edge and fall to the ground together.<\/p>\n
Somehow I managed to spin in the air and landed on the goblin with a rather unwelcome feeling of pain.<\/p>\n
