“How’s the General?” Eve asked as she landed in front of Ruby, dropping a pile of scrap at her feet.

Ruby’s gaze fell on the lump of metal that somewhat resembled a body of some kind and then looked at Eve, who was perfectly fine and sighed. “Why didn’t you listen to me?”

“...” 027365  did not want to answer even though she could still use her speakers to do so. She still did not think her choice was wrong.

“This only happened because you did not follow orders. Eve is someone who is neither on our side nor on the human side. She only cares about one thing, and that is those she holds dearest to her, and you had to go and allow that human to cause a scene. As punishment, you will be scrapped and repurposed when we get back until then….”  Ruby looked at Eve and asked: “Can you stuff her in that space thing you have? It would look bad if we walked around with scrap.”

“Hmm? Not sure, let me try.” Eve picked 027365 up and shoved her into her inventory.

“Eve, we got a new program. It seems to allow you to repair A.I. and also convert them over to your side for a certain amount of points. But it seems you get a free run if you want to use it to test out its functions.” Aiu suddenly announced. Eve looked at the program booting up in front of her, and pursed her lips. She then looked at Ruby and asked: “Can I have 027365? I will reprogram her to work for me from now on.”

“This…” Ruby fell into thought, twirling her umbrella as she tried to make a decision. “I guess if you want. She would be repurposed to do some menial tasks anyway.” In fact, she hoped Eve could make good use of her to be different from how she was before.

“Then I will do just that.” Eve selected 027365  and hit the repair and convert button. As soon as she did, a new input field popped up. 

[Enter Name]

“Name…. She was called 027365  before, so let's shorten it to Zero.” At this moment, Aiu was using her imaginary hands to hold her imaginary head. Eve’s naming sense was just as bad as always.

After hitting enter, a progress bar appeared in front of her and began to slowly fill up. Next to it was a percentage amount that was quickly filling up. In a matter of a few minutes, a ding sound was heard, and a figure appeared in a window in front of Eve. “Eve, what do you want to do? There are a few extra options here.”

“Let’s see… yes… yes…. Oh yes, this will do.” Eve finished selecting her options and hit accept. Seconds later, a figure materialized out of thin air.

“027365!” Ruby yelled out in surprise to see a fully repaired 027365  in front of her. This made Ruby even more respectful of Eve. Or at least her respect for Eve would be higher if not for one thing. “Why a maid outfit?”

“Hmmm? She is now my maid?” Eve replied while tilting her head to the side. Why wouldn’t she make Zero into a maid? Not only that, Zero had the same ability to feel sensations as her which made for perfect punishment. She also made Zero retain her memories but made it so she could not disobey and betray Eve at all. But best of all was the last functions…

Zero lowered her head with red cheeks as she tried to pull down her short miniskirt. “Master, do I need to wear this like this?”

“M-Ma-Master!?” Ruby almost fell down when she heard the normally stoic faced 027365 suddenly call someone master. “Pfft… Hahahahahaha!”

“X-0001 do not laugh. I might have to say such embarrassing things and also wear this embarrassing dress, but my combat ability has skyrocketed! This means even you are no longer my match. Also, my name is now Zero!” Zero said smugly, but the blushing cheeks and her actions did not match with the fake prideful expression she was trying to put on at this time.

“Humph!” Ruby only snorted and stopped paying attention to her before announcing: “Target is finally on the move again. He has been held up in this place for hours. He is more of a machine than us A.I.!” 

“Then we will follow him. Zero, you head back to the warehouse and get into contact with Lilly.” Eve ordered before patting Zero on the shoulder and whispering: “And if you think this is embarrassing, wait to see what I have you doing later.”

Zero’s cheeks turned bright red. She did not wish to know what Eve was talking about at all! But sadly, not only was it impossible for her to go against Eve’s commands, but she also had to listen to all commands by a human named Lilly. Zero suddenly regretted not following orders.

Thirty minutes later, outside the warehouse. “What do you want?”

“Ma-Master has sent me here to assist you and protect you…. One second I will put her through….” Zero created a projection for Eve for Lilly to see. “Lilly, it’s me. This here is Zero. She was repaired into our new maid and your personal bodyguard for when I am not around. She will also work great as a sex toy to scratch your itch since you are a little minx in love with sex.”

Lilly watched the message and knew it was definitely from Eve as only Eve would call her a minx. And from the way, the person outside was acting, it seemed Eve really did do something to her. But to be sure, she had to ask for the password. “What is the password?”

“Next to your pink lips is a small mole that looks very cute that I named moley,” Eve answered without hesitation.

“This! You!  That wasn't the password at all!”  Lilly blushed and pursed her lips. 

“Oh! That password. Well, look at your wrist.” Eve said with a teasing smile.

Lilly looked down at the bracelet on her wrist, and a long coded batch of numbers flashed across it before turning into letters. As soon as she saw the letters, Lilly smiled warmly and nodded her head. “I will be up in a second.”
