The girls rolled around in the bed for quite a few hours. As always, Lilly was so exhausted she could barely move. She had to have Eve clean her up before passing out completely.

When Lilly woke up, she lifted her head and grinned from ear to ear. “Good morning…”

“How are you feeling? Are you hurt anywhere?” Eve asked. She felt a little bad because she had scissored Lilly for almost an hour before eating the poor girl out of her mind. She had pressed against Lilly’s hips pretty hard so she was worried she had hurt Lilly. Eve couldn’t help it. Eve didn't even get dressed as she walked over to the bath area and turned the water on. She planned to bathe with Lilly anyway. While Eve was working on the new lift that would allow them to freely make their way up and down the shaft, Lilly was working on the next set of blueprints for the actual testing area. “At this rate, the entire warehouse will be cleared out. I am glad I have a smelter, or we wouldn't be able to build this safely. At least now I can add some shelves in the warehouse and organize all the extra parts. I will make a few sets of shelves if there is any metal left to save on money.”

While her warehouse was big, the testing area was going to be very big and needed support on all sides. Eve wanted to be sure no cave-ins happened. It was actually good that they were going to clear out the warehouse as it would give them more room to build their new truck. Lilly knew the one Eve was going to be building was going to need many tools. As such, the parts and items they would need would also need a place to be stored. Looking at everything they were going to be making caused Lilly to sigh. “We will need to take on a lot of programming jobs to settle the bill. I wonder if we can use a frame from another vehicle… I know Eve also has more parts as well.”

Although it seemed like they might have everything, Lilly still couldn’t help but worry. Eve always had a one-track mind. Once she was doing something, she would put her all into it. Lilly held her waist. She knew personally how much effort Eve put into things. “Since Eve is the main brain, I will just need to be the one to fill in the things she forgets.” Lilly’s thoughts on Eve could not be any more correct. Eve really did have a one-track mind. She would lose herself in anything she started unless someone was there to stop her. 

“Let’s see… I need eight rails in total. I also need a section for wiring… I can cut down with the laser and create a small indent to allow the wires to run down and secure them to the side with some brackets or should I just use a battery?” Eve fell into thought. She was trying to decide the best power method for the lift. “I guess I will discuss it with Lilly later. Using direct power costs money…. ”

As the two girls worked. X-Cyber City's government was in a mess. Inside a conference room, the top leaders of the city were having a meeting. “What is the damage?”

“Sir, all the files including our top-secret defense plans have been wiped from the system. Someone was able to access our hidden servers. I am not even sure how this was possible because the building that houses these servers only has a single internet access point with no means of accessing the actual servers themselves. All the information is sent to a single hub. Then a human needs to transfer it from the hub to the standalone servers manually.” 

“Are you telling me it was an inside job?” The man sitting at the top of the table asked. He was Alex Cronwell, the leader of X-Cybercity.

“We have already investigated. The time frame from when the files were last accessed to the time when the files were all deleted, no one accessed the transfer computer. The logs are all clear as day, and no files were uploaded at that time, only looked at. Even the cameras show that there was nothing suspicious happening. We are unsure what is going on. Because not even a single alarm went off during that time. Even the servers themselves are working perfectly fine.” One of the men at the table answered.

“Keep looking into things. We need to find out what happened and where those files went!”
